二:電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)器(qi)件布局(ju)不(bu)合(he)理(li)。在(zai)大(da)功率(lv)(lv)(lv)工業(ye)電(dian)(dian)磁加熱主結(jie)(jie)構(gou)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中,常為(wei)半橋電(dian)(dian)路(lu)和全(quan)橋電(dian)(dian)路(lu),通常2-25KW功率(lv)(lv)(lv)別采用(yong)半橋電(dian)(dian)路(lu),全(quan)橋電(dian)(dian)路(lu)可以(yi)實現(xian)20KW以(yi)上功率(lv)(lv)(lv)。般地,功率(lv)(lv)(lv)大(da)于(yu)25KW后,線(xian)圈(quan)的高(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)流(liu)比(bi)較大(da),發熱比(bi)較多,當主電(dian)(dian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)功率(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)件布局(ju)不(bu)合(he)理(li)時,可能會產生高(gao)強干(gan)擾,有可能使(shi)慮(lv)波電(dian)(dian)容、揩振電(dian)(dian)容或IGBT模(mo)(mo)塊擊穿。為(wei)了用(yong)戶的安(an)裝安(an)全(quan)考慮(lv),般把半橋電(dian)(dian)路(lu)大(da)功率(lv)(lv)(lv)定(ding)為(wei)15KW,降低IGBT模(mo)(mo)塊電(dian)(dian)流(liu)應(ying)力(li)(li)(li),當功率(lv)(lv)(lv)大(da)于(yu)20KW時,建議用(yong)戶選擇全(quan)橋主電(dian)(dian)路(lu)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)。當然(ran),在(zai)特定(ding)的應(ying)用(yong)場合(he),需要加熱面積比(bi)小(xiao),功率(lv)(lv)(lv)密度(du)比(bi)較大(da)時,我們合(he)理(li)科學地可以(yi)幫助用(yong)戶把半橋電(dian)(dian)路(lu)安(an)全(quan)做到30KW。
電磁加(jia)熱器的電流(liu)小(xiao)于時,控(kong)制器會(hui)(hui)自(zi)動檢測,如果(guo)連續超(chao)過三次檢測均小(xiao)于時顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)窗1會(hui)(hui)顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)“E1”并閃爍(shuo),“電流(liu)小(xiao)”指示(shi)(shi)(shi)燈會(hui)(hui)閃爍(shuo)提(ti)示(shi)(shi)(shi),蜂(feng)鳴(ming)音每5秒(miao)短響次。解決方(fang)法:
1、確認(ren)線圈是否已正確連接(jie)。
2、檢測與低頻互感(gan)器相連(lian)的相線是否正常。
3、檢測低頻互感(gan)器是否開、短(duan)路。
4、檢測CN7連接是否正常(chang)。
5、檢測(ce)C39、DB1、R30、C41、R19、C40、C42、是否短路。
6、檢測(ce)DB1、R20、R18是否開路(lu)。
7、檢測U5第18腳是否接(jie)觸良(liang)好。
