電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)簡介(jie):電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)也稱電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感應加熱(re)(re)(re)(re),即(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(外(wai)文:Electromagnetic heating縮寫(xie):EH)技術(shu),電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的原理(li)是通過電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)線(xian)路(lu)板組成部(bu)分產生交(jiao)變磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場、當用含鐵(tie)質容器(qi)(qi)放置上面時,容器(qi)(qi)表面即(ji)(ji)切割交(jiao)變磁(ci)(ci)(ci)力線(xian)而(er)在(zai)容器(qi)(qi)底部(bu)金屬部(bu)分產生交(jiao)變的電(dian)(dian)流(即(ji)(ji)渦(wo)流),渦(wo)流使容器(qi)(qi)底部(bu)的載流子(zi)(zi)高(gao)速無規則運動,載流子(zi)(zi)與原子(zi)(zi)互相碰撞(zhuang)、摩(mo)擦而(er)產生熱(re)(re)(re)(re)能。從而(er)起(qi)到(dao)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)物品(pin)的效果(guo)。因為是鐵(tie)制容器(qi)(qi)自身發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),所以熱(re)(re)(re)(re)轉化率特別高(gao),高(gao)可(ke)達(da)到(dao)95%是種(zhong)直接(jie)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的方式。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)爐,電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)灶 電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)飯鍋都是采用的電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)技術(shu)。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)高溫線(xian)能(neng)不(bu)能(neng)繞(rao)兩(liang)(liang)層(ceng)?大家都(dou)知道電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)成是(shi)由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)以(yi)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)部(bu)分組(zu)合才(cai)是(shi)個(ge)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)系統,兩(liang)(liang)者之間缺(que)不(bu)可。目前(qian)使用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)客(ke)戶越來越多(duo),很多(duo)客(ke)戶都(dou)是(shi)外地(di)的(de)(de)(de),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些地(di)區如(ru)果要(yao)上(shang)門安(an)裝的(de)(de)(de)話客(ke)戶所(suo)需要(yao)承擔(dan)的(de)(de)(de)成本就比(bi)較高,所(suo)以(yi)很多(duo)客(ke)戶為了(le)節省這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)筆安(an)裝費用都(dou)選(xuan)著(zhu)自己來安(an)裝電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)系統。在安(an)裝的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候有(you)客(ke)戶會(hui)疑惑電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)太多(duo)了(le)能(neng)不(bu)能(neng)繞(rao)兩(liang)(liang)層(ceng)。安(an)裝電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候如(ru)果被加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)體直徑或(huo)者長度(du)比(bi)較小(xiao),線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)又太多(duo)了(le),線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)繞(rao)少了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感量達(da)(da)不(bu)到就會(hui)工作不(bu)了(le)。這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)時(shi)候是(shi)可以(yi)采取電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)繞(rao)雙(shuang)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)。線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感要(yao)達(da)(da)到80kw電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)合適值才(cai)行(xing)。也不(bu)要(yao)擔(dan)心繞(rao)雙(shuang)層(ceng)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)壽命會(hui)不(bu)會(hui)有(you)影響(xiang),只(zhi)要(yao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感量值達(da)(da)到合適值才(cai)真正的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)不(bu)會(hui)有(you)損(sun)壞。
電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)和(he)傳統(tong)(tong)電(dian)阻(zu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)對比:傳統(tong)(tong)電(dian)阻(zu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)大(da):現有企業專(zhuan)用的加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式,是(shi)由(you)電(dian)阻(zu)絲(si)繞(rao)制,圈(quan)的內外(wai)雙面發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),其(qi)內面(緊(jin)貼(tie)料筒部(bu)分)的熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)傳導到料筒上(shang),而外(wai)面的熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量大(da)部(bu)分散失(shi)到空氣中,造成電(dian)能的直接損失(shi)、浪費。環境(jing)溫度上(shang)升(sheng): 由(you)于熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量大(da)量散失(shi),周(zhou)圍環境(jing)溫度升(sheng)高(gao),尤其(qi)是(shi)夏天對生產環境(jing)影響很大(da),現場工作溫度有的已(yi)經(jing)超過(guo)了45度,有些企業不(bu)得不(bu)采(cai)用空調降低溫度,這又造成能源的二次浪費。使(shi)用壽(shou)命短、維修(xiu)量大(da): 電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管由(you)于采(cai)用電(dian)阻(zu)絲(si)發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),其(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)溫度高(gao)達300度左(zuo)右(you),熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)滯(zhi)后(hou)較大(da),不(bu)易精確控溫,電(dian)阻(zu)絲(si)容易因(yin)高(gao)溫老化而燒斷。常用電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)圈(quan)使(shi)用壽(shou)命約半(ban)年,因(yin)此,維修(xiu)的工作量相(xiang)對較大(da)。
電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)溫度(du)(du)升(sheng)不(bu)上去(qu)該怎么辦?第(di)二種解決(jue)方(fang)法:當造粒機類似于大功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)時,安裝電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)后,溫度(du)(du)總達不(bu)到。而且電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)直(zhi)在(zai)工(gong)作,電(dian)(dian)流(liu)也(ye)(ye)(ye)正常,但是(shi)(shi)(shi)溫度(du)(du)總上不(bu)去(qu),般這種情(qing)況(kuang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)不(bu)夠(gou)大。目前是(shi)(shi)(shi)市(shi)面上的(de)(de)(de)些中間商用40kw貼(tie)個子就說(shuo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)60kw電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)事件見過許多,我們(men)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)通過電(dian)(dian)流(liu)確定下(xia)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)到底是(shi)(shi)(shi)多少,如果(guo)確定是(shi)(shi)(shi)實際功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)太小了,可(ke)(ke)以(yi)加(jia)大實際功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)來實現。要是(shi)(shi)(shi)確定實際功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)不(bu)小了,這是(shi)(shi)(shi)由炮(pao)筒的(de)(de)(de)材料引起來的(de)(de)(de),不(bu)同材質(zhi)在(zai)不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作頻率(lv)(lv)(lv)時吸收(shou)熱(re)(re)量也(ye)(ye)(ye)不(bu)同。應(ying)該是(shi)(shi)(shi)嘗試增加(jia)諧振電(dian)(dian)容(rong)容(rong)量,讓Q值增加(jia),提高(gao)線圈高(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。可(ke)(ke)以(yi)使炮(pao)筒內外溫度(du)(du)均勻的(de)(de)(de)來達到提高(gao)炮(pao)筒的(de)(de)(de)溫度(du)(du)。如果(guo)各(ge)個方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)條件可(ke)(ke)以(yi)的(de)(de)(de)話(hua),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)試著去(qu)換掉(diao)炮(pao)筒試試。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器,是現(xian)今工業域和民用(yong)(yong)設備中(zhong)廣(guang)泛的(de)種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式(shi),采用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)技術,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)技術簡稱為(wei)(wei) IH(Induction Heating)技術,是在(zai)(zai)法(fa)拉(la)第感(gan)(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)定律的(de)基礎上(shang)發(fa)展起來的(de),是法(fa)拉(la)第感(gan)(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)定律的(de)種應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)形式(shi)。其本(ben)質就(jiu)是利用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)在(zai)(zai)柱(zhu)體內產(chan)生渦流來給加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)工件的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),它是把電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉換(huan)為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)能(neng)(neng)(neng),再由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉換(huan)為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng),電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)在(zai)(zai)金屬(shu)內部轉變為(wei)(wei)熱(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng),達到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)金屬(shu)的(de)目(mu)的(de),從而杜了明火在(zai)(zai)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)過程中(zhong)的(de)危害和干擾,是種環保,提倡的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方案。

電磁加熱(re)器的質量(liang)是由什么決(jue)定(ding)呢:
、重要元器件的選擇(ze)。電磁加熱控制器功率部(bu)分核心元器件是IGBT模塊,IGBT的優(you)劣直接影(ying)響到機器壽命長短,建議直接從(cong)國內代理商(shang)那進貨,否(fou)則買到高仿或者(zhe)翻新(xin)的IGBT模塊仍(reng)然會出現(xian)質(zhi)量問題。
二、主(zhu)(zhu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)選擇。電磁加(jia)熱(re)控(kong)制器(qi)的(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)分為三部分,電源板(ban)(ban)(ban)、信號板(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)驅動板(ban)(ban)(ban),要想保證機器(qi)長時間穩定工(gong)作,主(zhu)(zhu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)要有各種保護:過載(zai)、過流和(he)過熱(re),電磁加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)應用現(xian)場(chang)環(huan)境很(hen)復雜,比如干擾等(deng),旦出現(xian)非(fei)正常(chang)情況,主(zhu)(zhu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)應該能很(hen)快反應并保護機器(qi),防止非(fei)正常(chang)因素損(sun)壞機器(qi),特(te)別是IGBT。目前市場(chang)上(shang)很(hen)多(duo)所(suo)謂的(de)(de)電磁加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)廠家的(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)并不是自己(ji)(ji)開發的(de)(de),而是直(zhi)接購買的(de)(de),然(ran)后(hou)自己(ji)(ji)組裝的(de)(de),般出現(xian)問(wen)題(ti),就直(zhi)接讓客(ke)戶換主(zhu)(zhu)板(ban)(ban)(ban),并不能發現(xian)問(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)根源所(suo)在(zai)。
三、高(gao)溫線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)選擇。高(gao)溫線(xian)(xian)是(shi)很多客戶容易(yi)忽視(shi)的(de)(de)(de)個問題,目前市場上(shang)(shang)國標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)溫線(xian)(xian)很難(nan)買到(dao),不(bu)要(yao)(yao)相(xiang)信商(shang)家的(de)(de)(de)所說的(de)(de)(de),定睜大(da)眼睛,不(bu)要(yao)(yao)嫌麻煩,從重量(liang)和(he)材質(zhi)上(shang)(shang)鑒(jian)定下是(shi)否是(shi)國標(biao)高(gao)溫線(xian)(xian),如果用到(dao)非(fei)標(biao)高(gao)溫線(xian)(xian),不(bu)僅(jin)(jin)僅(jin)(jin)影響機(ji)器壽(shou)命,還會影響整機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)率,大(da)家應該重視(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)個問題。四經驗(yan)的(de)(de)(de)差(cha)別。電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)器安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)好,和(he)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)好效(xiao)(xiao)果是(shi)很大(da)區別,這(zhe)(zhe)點需要(yao)(yao)豐富的(de)(de)(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)實(shi)例,光靠幾(ji)組(zu)數(shu)據是(shi)分析不(bu)出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de),根(gen)本沒有這(zhe)(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)經驗(yan)來支(zhi)撐(cheng),完(wan)全靠理(li)論在(zai)(zai)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)。人家說臺(tai)同型(xing)號(hao)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)器,裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)同型(xing)號(hao)的(de)(de)(de)注塑機(ji)上(shang)(shang),為什么個省電(dian)(dian)40%以上(shang)(shang),個剛(gang)剛(gang)夠理(li)論數(shu)據的(de)(de)(de)30%,這(zhe)(zhe)個不(bu)僅(jin)(jin)是(shi)機(ji)器的(de)(de)(de)差(cha)異,電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)位置,線(xian)(xian)圈長短(duan)都有影響,如果是(shi)采用多組(zu)小功率的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)器,這(zhe)(zhe)個差(cha)異就更(geng)為明顯(xian)。電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)行業有個測試機(ji)器是(shi)否裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)好的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa),就是(shi)讓電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)器工作2分鐘(zhong)左(zuo)(zuo)右,休息1分鐘(zhong)左(zuo)(zuo)右。
電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)線材(cai)(cai)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)過程中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)浪費的(de)(de)原因:傳(chuan)統采暖(nuan)行業普(pu)遍采用電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)導線和(he)石英(ying)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)方(fang)式,這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)傳(chuan)統加(jia)(jia)熱(re)方(fang)式熱(re)效(xiao)率低。電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)絲(si)和(he)石英(ying)主要通過電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re),然后(hou)熱(re)量(liang)轉移(yi)到料桶上。作為種(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)材(cai)(cai)料,這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)大熱(re)利用率僅(jin)為50%左右,其余50%左右的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang)被(bei)排(pai)放到空(kong)氣中(zhong)。傳(chuan)統電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)線材(cai)(cai)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)方(fang)式的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)損耗高達(da)50%。
