1、改造(zao)之前,先把設備接線情況理下,拍照,做記號(以備恢復原狀)。
2、確定控制板或電柜安裝(zhuang)位置,以便于(yu)確定高溫線引線長(chang)度。定要跟工(gong)廠電工(gong)或班交流,確認。
3、拆線(xian)圈(quan)測量功(gong)(gong)率, 數據要準。 來確定安裝功(gong)(gong)率。可(ke)以結(jie)合工廠電工,這也要拍照,留原始記錄。
4、量炮筒(tong)周(zhou)長, 確(que)定(ding)保溫棉(mian)尺(chi)寸,黃(huang)蠟板尺(chi)寸,黃(huang)蠟板預留探頭孔,孔尺(chi)寸要準,確(que)定(ding)每(mei)個溫區(qu)長度,固定(ding)。
5、確定高溫線長(chang)度(du),繞(rao)制(zhi)。 要求美觀。整齊。包(bao)括間距大小控(kong)制(zhi), 松(song)緊控(kong)制(zhi)。 繞(rao)完后測量(liang)電感量(liang)大小。 注(zhu)意儀表(biao)量(liang)程。
6、接(jie)線。確認以前斷路器(qi)電流表量程,過小要換掉(diao)。先分別(bie)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試,測(ce)(ce)(ce)電壓(ya),電流是否正常。有問題解決, 沒問題后在整(zheng)機(ji)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試。
7、 整理,清理現場。要求利索整潔。
電磁加(jia)熱器操作步驟簡介:
1、顯示(shi)界面:手動(dong)操作(zuo)的情況(kuang):啟(qi)動(dong)時:先啟(qi)動(dong)水(shui)泵(beng),再(zai)啟(qi)動(dong)加熱;停(ting)止時:停(ting)止加熱,再(zai)停(ting)止水(shui)泵(beng)。
2、操作(zuo)畫面:自動(dong)和手動(dong)兩(liang)個模式,可(ke)以根據(ju)實(shi)際情(qing)況切換;6個溫度區可(ke)以根據(ju)實(shi)際情(qing)況設定(ding)溫度。當前值為傳(chuan)感器側出(chu)的實(shi)時值。
3、運行設(she)置:此界面是在自動模式下的(de)工作狀(zhuang)態。每(mei)周7天(tian),每(mei)天(tian)4個時間段,根據實(shi)際情況設(she)定(設(she)置此界面,運行界面需調為手動模式)。
4、電(dian)磁(ci)加熱器(qi):該界面可“運行”和“停(ting)止(zhi)”電(dian)磁(ci)加熱器(qi),同(tong)時可以觀(guan)察(cha)加熱器(qi)的實時參數6曲(qu)線(xian)。該界面主要觀(guan)察(cha)6個溫度的曲(qu)線(xian)圖,同(tong)時也可以插(cha)上(shang)U盤導出各個溫度段的參數,放于電(dian)腦上(shang)打印(yin)或是觀(guan)看。
5、儀表配(pei)置:主要是(shi)觀看(kan)本屏的些數據,未(wei)經(jing)設備廠的協助下不可隨意更(geng)改參數。

磁加熱器安(an)裝的(de)要(yao)求有什么(me)?
1、電磁加熱器要安(an)裝在不進水或水霧、不潮(chao)濕(shi)、干凈(jing)的工作環境(jing)。
2、電(dian)(dian)磁加熱器如(ru)果安裝在電(dian)(dian)柜中,定要(yao)做好通風,保證設(she)備散熱良好。
3、電磁加(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)風扇和進風口(kou)很容易堆積灰塵(chen),平常需要檢查和清理灰塵(chen),以防風扇燒(shao)壞或者進風口(kou)處堵塞(sai),防止加(jia)熱器(qi)過熱導致機(ji)器(qi)故障。
4、對于(yu)功率大的電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)器,380V接(jie)(jie)線應按(an)4~6A/mm2安裝,零(ling)線接(jie)(jie)大于(yu)1mm2就可以(yi)。對于(yu)220V電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)器,火線和零(ling)線同時(shi)應按(an)4~6A/mm2安裝,以(yi)保(bao)證使(shi)用安全。
電磁(ci)加(jia)熱控制器怎么安(an)裝?
1、改造前(qian)先(xian)取下原設備(bei)上面的電(dian)熱(re)圈。
2、清潔料筒并(bing)測(ce)量料筒各種(zhong)參(can)數。將料筒清潔干凈并(bing)用工具(ju)測(ce)量料筒各種(zhong)尺寸(管徑、長度(du)、加熱區(qu)數、每區(qu)加熱長度(du)、原功率大小,以便(bian)確定用哪種(zhong)控(kong)制板)。
3、在料(liao)筒(tong)上(shang)包層(ceng)隔熱保溫材料(liao),按照步(bu)驟2將料(liao)筒(tong)清潔(jie)干(gan)凈(jing)后,在料(liao)筒(tong)上(shang)包上(shang)層(ceng)隔熱保溫材料(liao)(石棉或者玻璃纖維均(jun)可),可以(yi)先做區(qu),區(qu)做好(hao)后,再(zai)做其它區(qu),熟練且經驗豐富者可幾個加熱區(qu)起做 。
4、用高(gao)溫布將保溫材(cai)料(liao)包(bao)(bao)好(hao),保溫材(cai)料(liao)的(de)厚度(du)根據(ju)使(shi)用的(de)不同(tong)的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)加熱控制器(qi)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)來配,保溫材(cai)料(liao)包(bao)(bao)好(hao)后,再用高(gao)溫布(纖維布)或者電(dian)木板(環氧樹脂板)將保溫材(cai)料(liao)包(bao)(bao)緊起來,該步驟主(zhu)要(yao)是確保料(liao)筒各處的(de)保溫材(cai)料(liao)厚度(du)致,以(yi)保證電(dian)磁(ci)加熱的(de)磁(ci)場均。
5、纏(chan)繞高溫電纜,高溫電纜的規格與(yu)長度請(qing)根據(ju)各種(zhong)不(bu)同型(xing)號電磁加(jia)熱控制器的要求(qiu)選配,該步驟非常關鍵。
6、將線圈(quan)與電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)控制器連接(jie)。則(ze)將繞(rao)好的(de)(de)(de)線圈(quan)與電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)控制器連接(jie)好,并給電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)控制器接(jie)上電(dian)源,即(ji)可對設備進(jin)行調試(shi),需注意的(de)(de)(de)是調試(shi)過程中要特(te)別注意測量電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)控制器的(de)(de)(de)輸入(ru)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)與頻率。為(wei)保證設備的(de)(de)(de)使用壽(shou)命建(jian)議電(dian)流(liu)(liu)調到額定工(gong)作電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)80%左右(you),如我司2.5KW的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)控制板,額定工(gong)作電(dian)流(liu)(liu)是12A,則(ze)建(jian)議調到10A左右(you)即(ji)可,或電(dian)流(liu)(liu)偏小則(ze)可減少線圈(quan),反之則(ze)需再(zai)增加(jia)(jia)些線圈(quan)。
