1、我(wo)們要把造粒機電磁加熱(re)器安(an)置在(zai)個牢固的平臺(tai)上或掛在(zai)設備上,其附(fu)近不(bu)宜溫(wen)度過高,以防止散熱(re)不(bu)好導致(zhi)過熱(re)保護。
2、不(bu)要(yao)將(jiang)控制器安裝在潮濕的環境中,防止水蒸汽進入電箱后,易在緣介質表面凝(ning)結,降低其緣性(xing)能,造成漏電事故。
3、外部電(dian)源在(zai)(zai)接入電(dian)磁(ci)加熱器前,應安裝獨立(li)的(de)電(dian)源空氣開關保護裝置(zhi)。并將(jiang)金屬外殼要(yao)可靠接地。在(zai)(zai)使用(yong)過程(cheng)中(zhong),不要(yao)輕易拆除其接地導(dao)線,因為接地措施是防(fang)止觸電(dian)的(de)后道保護措施。
4、要定期清理散熱器,保(bao)證產品通風(feng)良好。要經常檢查產品的進風(feng)口及散熱風(feng)扇(shan),防止(zhi)進風(feng)口處堵(du)塞或散熱風(feng)扇(shan)卡死(si),避免因過熱停機保(bao)護。
使用電磁加熱器時這幾點(dian)不可忽視:
1、電磁加熱(re)器主機的安頓環境不能在-20℃以下,高也(ye)不能超過50℃,且要枯燥、通風。

電磁加熱器IGBT溫度傳感器異常解決方法(fa):
1、出現傳(chuan)感器異常(chang)后請先(xian)將(jiang)傳(chuan)感器引線主板上拔下,再用萬用表測量其阻(zu)值(zhi),常(chang)溫25℃時(shi)阻(zu)值(zhi)應約為10K,否則傳(chuan)感器已損壞。
2、如(ru)傳感器(qi)正常,再(zai)檢測傳感器(qi)引線是(shi)否(fou)與CN3連(lian)接(jie)正常。C36、R16是(shi)否(fou)開、短路。
3、檢測(ce)U5第16腳是否連接正常。
電磁加熱器不工作的十(shi)大(da)因素:
1、電磁加熱器內部受潮,線(xian)路(lu)損壞,導致電磁加熱器不工作(zuo)。
2、電壓(ya):電壓(ya)應該高于(yu)323V并且低(di)于(yu)440V,否則(ze)就(jiu)容易啟動不了(le)機器。
3、線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)溫(wen)(wen)度過高:檢查(cha)(cha)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度或者是(shi)(shi)先去溫(wen)(wen)度傳感(gan)器(qi)的(de)情況。解決辦(ban)法是(shi)(shi)檢查(cha)(cha)散熱風扇是(shi)(shi)否損(sun)壞,接(jie)線(xian)(xian)頭是(shi)(shi)否良好(hao),是(shi)(shi)否更換線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)溫(wen)(wen)度傳感(gan)器(qi)。
4、IGBT溫度:檢查(cha)IGBT溫度傳感器、連接線、IGBT溫度。解決(jue)辦法是(shi)散熱(re)扇是(shi)否(fou)(fou)正常工作,是(shi)否(fou)(fou)更換IGBT溫度傳感器。
5、負載:檢查線(xian)(xian)圈鏈接、電感參數、IGBT驅(qu)(qu)動板和線(xian)(xian)。解決辦法是(shi)線(xian)(xian)圈圈數是(shi)否纏繞圈數過多或者過少(shao),測試IGBT驅(qu)(qu)動板和檢查IGBT線(xian)(xian)。
6、通訊異常:檢查通訊鏈(lian)接線鏈(lian)接、控制(zhi)板和AI板。解決辦法更換控制(zhi)板或者AI板。
7、IGBT模塊使用時間太長,導致IGBT模塊老化開裂,使電磁加熱(re)器不能工作。
8、電(dian)磁加熱(re)器內部電(dian)子元件規劃(hua)不(bu)合(he)理(li),導致電(dian)磁加熱(re)器不(bu)工作。
9、電磁加熱器抗(kang)干擾性差,導致不能正常(chang)工作。
10、因(yin)為(wei)線路(lu)短路(lu)、漏電、超負荷、開(kai)關損(sun)壞導致跳(tiao)閘使(shi)電磁加熱器(qi)不能正常工(gong)作。
