電磁加熱(re)控制器(qi)怎么安裝?
1、改(gai)造前(qian)先取下原(yuan)設備上面的電熱圈。
2、清潔料(liao)(liao)筒并測量(liang)料(liao)(liao)筒各種參數。將料(liao)(liao)筒清潔干凈并用工具(ju)測量(liang)料(liao)(liao)筒各種尺寸(cun)(管(guan)徑、長度、加(jia)熱區數、每區加(jia)熱長度、原功率(lv)大小,以(yi)便(bian)確定(ding)用哪種控制(zhi)板)。
3、在(zai)料(liao)(liao)筒上(shang)包層(ceng)(ceng)隔熱保溫材(cai)料(liao)(liao),按(an)照步驟2將料(liao)(liao)筒清(qing)潔(jie)干凈(jing)后,在(zai)料(liao)(liao)筒上(shang)包上(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)隔熱保溫材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(石棉或者玻璃(li)纖(xian)維均可),可以先做區,區做好后,再做其它區,熟(shu)練且經(jing)驗豐富者可幾個(ge)加熱區起做 。
4、用高溫(wen)(wen)布(bu)將保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)包好,保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)厚(hou)(hou)度根據使用的(de)不(bu)同的(de)電磁(ci)加熱控制器的(de)要(yao)求來配,保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)包好后(hou),再用高溫(wen)(wen)布(bu)(纖維布(bu))或者電木板(ban)(環氧樹脂板(ban))將保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)包緊起來,該步驟主要(yao)是確保(bao)(bao)料(liao)筒各(ge)處的(de)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(liao)厚(hou)(hou)度致,以保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)電磁(ci)加熱的(de)磁(ci)場均。
5、纏繞高溫電(dian)纜,高溫電(dian)纜的規格與長度請根據各種不同(tong)型號電(dian)磁加(jia)熱控(kong)制器的要求(qiu)選配,該步(bu)驟非常關鍵(jian)。

電磁感應(ying)加熱(re)器控制溫度場的(de)分布的(de)原(yuan)理及方法如下:
1、原理(li):導體處于交變電流(liu)中時,交變電流(liu)使導體周圍產生交變磁場(chang),從而引起集(ji)膚(fu)效應使導體在短時間內迅(xun)速被(bei)加熱,交變電流(liu)的頻率越高(gao),集(ji)膚(fu)效應越嚴重。

哪些因素會導致電磁(ci)加熱器發生故障?
:電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱器電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)設(she)計不科學。目(mu)前,在(zai)大(da)(da)(da)(da)功率電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)系統(tong)中,大(da)(da)(da)(da)部分廠家采用(yong)過(guo)去(qu)的(de)(de)傳統(tong)模擬(ni)3525或494電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),產(chan)生(sheng)兩路(lu)(lu)或四路(lu)(lu)PWM,采用(yong)調頻方(fang)法驅(qu)動IGBT,改變諧振回電(dian)(dian)流大(da)(da)(da)(da)小來達(da)到調節功率大(da)(da)(da)(da)小的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de),再采用(yong)4046進(jin)行鎖(suo)相(xiang)控制(zhi),在(zai)工業上加(jia)熱應用(yong)已(yi)經很普遍,技術也比較(jiao)成熟。但是,它的(de)(de)硬件電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)復雜(za),所以(yi)大(da)(da)(da)(da)多體(ti)積(ji)龐(pang)大(da)(da)(da)(da),也不便于(yu)生(sheng)產(chan)和(he)調試,特別(bie)是容易由于(yu)所選用(yong)的(de)(de)器件特性差異(yi),致使(shi)電(dian)(dian)源致性差,工作中生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)高強的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁干擾時(shi),鎖(suo)相(xiang)或保護部分容易失靈,容易造(zao)成故障。
