電磁加熱器用于(yu)油氣管(guan)道應用的特點:
1、熱(re)效高:節能電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)器不需要預熱(re)管道(dao)。
2、不破(po)壞(huai)管道(dao)保溫(wen)層:由于是感(gan)應(ying)節能(neng)電(dian)磁加熱,磁力(li)線能(neng)穿透保溫(wen)層,改造管單。
3、安全性高:無明(ming)火,無熱輻射,溫度可控。
4、操(cao)作方便(bian):在管道(dao)上(shang)纏上(shang)電磁線圈(quan),做好溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)溫(wen)探頭,調(diao)節控(kong)溫(wen)系統,開機調(diao)節即可自控(kong)加熱恒溫(wen)。
電磁(ci)加(jia)熱器的六大使用(yong)技巧(qiao):
1、在(zai)使用過程中,不(bu)要輕易拆除電磁加熱器的接地導線(xian),因(yin)為接地措施是防止觸電的后(hou)道保護措施。
2、要定期清理散熱(re)器,保證電磁加熱(re)器通(tong)風良好。
3、在(zai)使用(yong)電(dian)磁加熱(re)器時,應先按(an)說(shuo)明書繞好線圈并檢查無誤后(hou)再(zai)接通電(dian)源。
4、在(zai)保養清(qing)洗電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)前(qian)切(qie)斷電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)。清(qing)潔電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應加(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)外殼時,應用干凈(jing)的(de)抹(mo)布進行擦拭,嚴禁用噴射水流沖洗外殼及電(dian)器(qi)箱部(bu)分。
5、不(bu)要將(jiang)電磁(ci)加(jia)熱器安裝在(zai)潮(chao)濕的環境中(zhong),防(fang)止水蒸汽進入電箱后,易(yi)在(zai)緣(yuan)介質表(biao)面凝結(jie),降低其緣(yuan)性能,造(zao)成(cheng)漏電事故。
6、要(yao)經常檢查(cha)電磁加(jia)熱(re)器的進(jin)風口及散熱(re)風扇,防止(zhi)進(jin)風口處堵塞或散熱(re)風扇卡死,避(bi)免因過(guo)熱(re)停機保護。
電磁加熱器的(de)六種調節(jie)功率方式:
1、調頻法。
2、間隙加熱法。

電磁加熱器安全使用的幾個(ge)知(zhi)識:
1、在(zai)使(shi)用時,不可將易(yi)燃易(yi)爆物(wu)品放在(zai)電磁(ci)加熱器鄰近,需要有(you)定的安全(quan)間隔。
2、電磁加熱器要放在不導熱的不燃(ran)材料基(ji)座(zuo)上。
3、電磁(ci)加熱器導(dao)線的安(an)全(quan)截(jie)流量(liang)要滿足(zu)電磁(ci)加熱器的容量(liang)需求(qiu)。
4、工業用電(dian)磁加熱器在(zai)任何情況下(xia)都要設立設備獨自(zi)存(cun)在(zai)的電(dian)路。
5、導線必需(xu)設(she)置(zhi)設(she)備(bei)插(cha)頭,不可將電磁加(jia)熱器線頭直接插(cha)入插(cha)座(zuo);電磁加(jia)熱器導線老化破損應(ying)當及時替換,電路中沒有設(she)備(bei)熔(rong)斷器的電磁加(jia)熱器不得開啟(qi)使用。
6、電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)在運(yun)用時若遇停電(dian)(dian),應(ying)(ying)及時將電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)插頭(tou)拔(ba)出,不(bu)要忘記。對于屢(lv)次修補的電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲(si),應(ying)(ying)替(ti)換新的電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲(si),不(bu)再(zai)運(yun)用老舊電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲(si)。易(yi)燃易(yi)爆物品(pin)禁止用電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)烘(hong)(hong)干;電(dian)(dian)烘(hong)(hong)箱應(ying)(ying)有控制溫度的設備(bei),既要避免溫度過(guo)高,又要避免電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)烘(hong)(hong)烤時間過(guo)長。
磁加(jia)熱器(qi)安裝(zhuang)的要求有什么?
1、電(dian)磁(ci)加熱器要(yao)安裝在不進水或水霧、不潮濕、干凈的工作環境(jing)。
2、電磁加熱(re)器(qi)如果安裝在(zai)電柜中(zhong),定要做好(hao)通(tong)風,保證設備散熱(re)良好(hao)。
3、電磁(ci)加熱器(qi)的風扇(shan)(shan)和進(jin)風口(kou)很容(rong)易堆積灰塵,平常需要檢查和清理灰塵,以防(fang)(fang)風扇(shan)(shan)燒壞(huai)或者進(jin)風口(kou)處堵塞,防(fang)(fang)止加熱器(qi)過熱導致機(ji)器(qi)故(gu)障(zhang)。
4、對于功率大的電(dian)(dian)磁加熱器,380V接線(xian)應按(an)4~6A/mm2安裝,零線(xian)接大于1mm2就可以。對于220V電(dian)(dian)磁加熱器,火線(xian)和零線(xian)同時應按(an)4~6A/mm2安裝,以保證使用安全。
電磁(ci)(ci)加熱控(kong)制器的(de)兩種啟動方式:般(ban)電磁(ci)(ci)加熱器可(ke)以(yi)有(you)兩種啟動方式,
種是(shi)軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)式,另種是(shi)硬啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)法(fa)。軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)用信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)端(duan)(duan)接入(ru)+號(hao)(hao)(hao),另端(duan)(duan)接入(ru)號(hao)(hao)(hao),當(dang)接通后功率則輸(shu)出(chu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)就正常(chang)工(gong)作加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。當(dang)斷(duan)開(kai)(kai)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)后則功率就不(bu)輸(shu)出(chu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)就停(ting)止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。這(zhe)種叫做軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)式,使用軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)式控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)優勢是(shi)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)方(fang)便,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)自由接入(ru)或斷(duan)開(kai)(kai)來控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)工(gong)作或停(ting)止。軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)的(de)另外頭(tou)接的(de)是(shi)溫控(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)或繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi),使用溫控(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)利(li)于控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)溫度(du),和調節(jie)溫度(du)的(de)大小(xiao)。當(dang)個(ge)溫區(qu)只有(you)組(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)時(shi)候,軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)法(fa)只要(yao)要(yao)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接通+號(hao)(hao)(hao)和號(hao)(hao)(hao)就可(ke)以(yi)(yi)了,當(dang)個(ge)溫區(qu)有(you)兩個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)時(shi)候,就要(yao)把這(zhe)兩個(ge)控(kong)制主(zhu)板的(de)+號(hao)(hao)(hao)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)并聯,軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)號(hao)(hao)(hao)并聯,當(dang)控(kong)制+接通的(de)時(shi)候功率就輸(shu)出(chu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)就會(hui)正常(chang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)工(gong)作,當(dang)斷(duan)開(kai)(kai)十接通,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)就停(ting)止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。
另種(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)動方式(shi)(shi)就是(shi)硬啟(qi)(qi)動方式(shi)(shi),就是(shi)將+號信線固定。但這種(zhong)方式(shi)(shi)不能靈(ling)活(huo)控制(zhi)電(dian)磁(ci)加熱器(qi)。相對比(bi)于硬啟(qi)(qi)動方式(shi)(shi)來(lai)說(shuo),軟啟(qi)(qi)動方式(shi)(shi)更(geng)具有(you)優(you)勢,軟啟(qi)(qi)動電(dian)磁(ci)加熱器(qi)因(yin)使(shi)用(yong)方便,利(li)于控制(zhi),所以大多數都是(shi)使(shi)用(yong)軟啟(qi)(qi)動來(lai)控制(zhi)電(dian)磁(ci)加熱器(qi)的。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)溫度升不(bu)(bu)上去該(gai)怎么辦?第二種(zhong)解決方法:當造粒機(ji)類似于(yu)大(da)(da)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率時(shi),安裝電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)后,溫度總達不(bu)(bu)到。而且電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)也直(zhi)在工作,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流也正常,但是(shi)(shi)溫度總上不(bu)(bu)去,般這種(zhong)情況是(shi)(shi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率不(bu)(bu)夠大(da)(da)。目前(qian)是(shi)(shi)市面上的(de)(de)些(xie)中間商用(yong)40kw貼(tie)個(ge)子就說是(shi)(shi)60kw電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)事(shi)件(jian)見過(guo)許多,我們可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流確定下(xia)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率到底是(shi)(shi)多少(shao),如(ru)果確定是(shi)(shi)實(shi)際(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率太小(xiao)了,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)加(jia)(jia)大(da)(da)實(shi)際(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率來實(shi)現(xian)。要是(shi)(shi)確定實(shi)際(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率不(bu)(bu)小(xiao)了,這是(shi)(shi)由炮(pao)筒的(de)(de)材料引(yin)起來的(de)(de),不(bu)(bu)同材質在不(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)工作頻率時(shi)吸收(shou)熱(re)量也不(bu)(bu)同。應(ying)該(gai)是(shi)(shi)嘗試增加(jia)(jia)諧(xie)振電(dian)(dian)(dian)容容量,讓(rang)Q值增加(jia)(jia),提高(gao)線(xian)圈高(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)使炮(pao)筒內外溫度均勻的(de)(de)來達到提高(gao)炮(pao)筒的(de)(de)溫度。如(ru)果各個(ge)方面的(de)(de)條件(jian)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)話,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)試著(zhu)去換掉(diao)炮(pao)筒試試。
