電磁加熱器多溫(wen)區控(kong)制就是有兩種(zhong):
第種:是臺電磁加(jia)熱(re)控制器控制多組線圈(quan)。
第二(er)種(zhong):是臺設備使用(yong)多個電磁加熱(re)控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)別控制(zhi)多個線圈。現在例如注塑機,拉絲機,吹膜機,擠出機等(deng)機械設備,料管加熱(re)部分(fen)都需(xu)要(yao)幾(ji)個不(bu)同溫度(du)才能滿足生(sheng)產,這時候就(jiu)要(yao)使用(yong)到電磁加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)多溫區來控制(zhi)。
第三種:臺電磁加熱控(kong)制器控(kong)制多(duo)組線圈比較少用,因(yin)為如果主(zhu)機旦出(chu)現故障(zhang),整個(ge)幾個(ge)溫度都將(jiang)無(wu)法加熱,影響正規生產,而且維(wei)護起來也是比較麻煩的(de)。
第四(si)種:多個電磁加熱控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)分(fen)別控(kong)制(zhi)獨立(li)線圈,這樣不但便(bian)于管理(li),而且加熱非常均勻(yun),維護起來也是(shi)十分(fen)方便(bian)的。
電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)升(sheng)不(bu)上去該(gai)怎么(me)辦?第種解(jie)決方(fang)法(fa):當為(wei)(wei)注塑(su)機(ji)(ji)、吹膜(mo)機(ji)(ji)類似(si)于(yu)小功率(lv)(lv)時,安(an)裝電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)后(hou)有(you)(you)(you)些機(ji)(ji)器(qi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)總是差(cha)點(dian)(dian)點(dian)(dian)。然后(hou)有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)客戶就把(ba)功率(lv)(lv)調節(jie)大(da)些還是樣,有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)客戶還干脆就把(ba)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)直接設定調高,大(da)家(jia)都(dou)覺得很奇(qi)怪(guai),有(you)(you)(you)時候(hou)總感覺就是看不(bu)懂(dong),摸不(bu)著頭腦。其實呢,這(zhe)(zhe)個大(da)多(duo)數(shu)的(de)(de)原(yuan)因不(bu)是功率(lv)(lv)安(an)裝小,而且由于(yu)原(yuan)來機(ji)(ji)器(qi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)控制(zhi)器(qi)輸出的(de)(de)PID運算方(fang)法(fa)引起來的(de)(de),啟動信號(hao)很短,有(you)(you)(you)些短到1-5秒以內(nei),電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)都(dou)還沒有(you)(you)(you)來得及開始工(gong)(gong)作,就又斷了(le)。所以導(dao)致電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)大(da)多(duo)數(shu)時間處于(yu)停止狀態,基(ji)本上是沒有(you)(you)(you)在加(jia)熱的(de)(de)。因為(wei)(wei)加(jia)熱的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)總是達不(bu)到的(de)(de)。這(zhe)(zhe)時我(wo)們可(ke)以調節(jie)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)中的(de)(de)斷開延時工(gong)(gong)作時間,來達到溫(wen)(wen)度(du)要求。詳細的(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)使用說明書(shu)上也有(you)(you)(you),調節(jie)為(wei)(wei)8-15秒,默認為(wei)(wei)0秒,般為(wei)(wei)8秒鐘就可(ke)以實現(xian)沒有(you)(you)(you)溫(wen)(wen)差(cha)了(le),但是得注意哦,不(bu)要調節(jie)到太(tai)大(da),否(fou)則溫(wen)(wen)度(du)可(ke)能會超的(de)(de)。
