電磁加熱(re)器(qi)的(de)六大使(shi)用技巧:
1、在(zai)使用(yong)過程(cheng)中,不要(yao)輕(qing)易(yi)拆(chai)除電磁加熱器的接地導線,因為(wei)接地措施(shi)是防止觸電的后道(dao)保護(hu)措施(shi)。
2、要(yao)定期清理散(san)熱器,保證電磁加熱器通(tong)風良好。

電磁加熱(re)控(kong)制器怎么安裝?
1、改造(zao)前先取下原(yuan)設備(bei)上面(mian)的電熱圈。
2、清潔料筒并測量料筒各種參數。將料筒清潔干凈并用工具(ju)測量料筒各種尺(chi)寸(管徑、長(chang)度、加(jia)熱區(qu)數、每區(qu)加(jia)熱長(chang)度、原功率大小,以便(bian)確定用哪種控(kong)制板)。
3、在料筒上(shang)包層(ceng)隔熱保溫(wen)材料,按照步驟(zou)2將料筒清(qing)潔干凈后(hou)(hou),在料筒上(shang)包上(shang)層(ceng)隔熱保溫(wen)材料(石棉或者玻璃纖維(wei)均可),可以(yi)先做區(qu),區(qu)做好后(hou)(hou),再做其它區(qu),熟練且經驗豐富者可幾個加熱區(qu)起做 。

5、纏繞高(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)纜,高(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)纜的(de)規格與長度請根(gen)據各種不同型(xing)號電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)控制器的(de)要求選配,該步驟非常關鍵。
