電磁(ci)加熱器(qi)應(ying)用范圍:
1、塑料(liao)(liao)橡(xiang)膠行業,如:塑料(liao)(liao)用(yong)吹膜機(ji)(ji)(ji)、拉絲機(ji)(ji)(ji)、注(zhu)塑機(ji)(ji)(ji),造粒機(ji)(ji)(ji),橡(xiang)膠用(yong)擠(ji)出機(ji)(ji)(ji)、硫化(hua)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、電纜生產擠(ji)出機(ji)(ji)(ji)等。
2、醫藥化工行業(ye)(ye),如:醫藥專用(yong)輸液(ye)袋、塑料器(qi)材(cai)生(sheng)產(chan)線,化工行業(ye)(ye)液(ye)體加熱輸送管道等(deng)等(deng)。
3、能源(yuan)、食品行業,如:原(yuan)油輸送管(guan)道(dao)的加熱(re);食品機械,如:超貨機等需要電加熱(re)的設(she)備。
4、大功(gong)率商(shang)用(yong)電磁灶機芯。

哪(na)些因素會導致電磁(ci)加熱器發生故障?
:電磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)器電路(lu)設計不科學(xue)。目(mu)前,在(zai)大(da)(da)功率電磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)電路(lu)系統(tong)中,大(da)(da)部分(fen)廠家采(cai)用(yong)過去的傳統(tong)模擬3525或494電路(lu),產生兩(liang)路(lu)或四路(lu)PWM,采(cai)用(yong)調頻方法驅(qu)動(dong)IGBT,改(gai)變諧(xie)振(zhen)回電流大(da)(da)小(xiao)來達(da)到調節(jie)功率大(da)(da)小(xiao)的目(mu)的,再采(cai)用(yong)4046進行鎖相控制,在(zai)工業上(shang)加(jia)熱(re)應用(yong)已經很普(pu)遍,技(ji)術也(ye)比(bi)較(jiao)成熟。但是,它的硬件電路(lu)復雜,所(suo)以大(da)(da)多(duo)體積龐大(da)(da),也(ye)不便于(yu)生產和調試,特別(bie)是容易由于(yu)所(suo)選用(yong)的器件特性(xing)差異,致(zhi)使電源致(zhi)性(xing)差,工作中生產的高強(qiang)的電磁(ci)干擾時,鎖相或保護部分(fen)容易失(shi)靈,容易造成故障(zhang)。
二(er):電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)器(qi)件(jian)布局不(bu)(bu)合(he)理。在大功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)工業(ye)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加熱主(zhu)結構(gou)(gou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)中(zhong),常(chang)為半(ban)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)和(he)全橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),通常(chang)2-25KW功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)別采(cai)用(yong)半(ban)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),全橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)實(shi)現20KW以(yi)(yi)上功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。般地,功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)大于(yu)25KW后,線圈(quan)的高頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)比(bi)較(jiao)大,發熱比(bi)較(jiao)多(duo),當(dang)主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)件(jian)布局不(bu)(bu)合(he)理時(shi),可(ke)能會產(chan)生高強干擾,有可(ke)能使慮波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)、揩振電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)或IGBT模塊(kuai)擊穿。為了用(yong)戶(hu)的安裝安全考慮,般把(ba)半(ban)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)大功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)定為15KW,降低IGBT模塊(kuai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)應力(li),當(dang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)大于(yu)20KW時(shi),建議用(yong)戶(hu)選擇(ze)全橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)結構(gou)(gou)。當(dang)然,在特定的應用(yong)場合(he),需要(yao)加熱面積比(bi)小,功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)密(mi)度比(bi)較(jiao)大時(shi),我們合(he)理科(ke)學地可(ke)以(yi)(yi)幫助用(yong)戶(hu)把(ba)半(ban)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)安全做到30KW。
電磁加熱器操(cao)作(zuo)步驟簡介:
1、顯(xian)示界面:手動(dong)操作的情況:啟(qi)動(dong)時:先啟(qi)動(dong)水泵,再(zai)啟(qi)動(dong)加熱(re);停止時:停止加熱(re),再(zai)停止水泵。
2、操作畫面:自動和手動兩個(ge)模(mo)式,可以根據(ju)實際情況(kuang)切換;6個(ge)溫度區可以根據(ju)實際情況(kuang)設定溫度。當前值為傳(chuan)感器側出的實時(shi)值。
3、運(yun)行(xing)設置(zhi):此界面是在(zai)自動模式下(xia)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)狀態。每周(zhou)7天,每天4個(ge)時(shi)間(jian)段(duan),根據實際情況設定(設置(zhi)此界面,運(yun)行(xing)界面需調(diao)為手(shou)動模式)。
4、電(dian)磁加熱器:該界面可“運行”和“停止”電(dian)磁加熱器,同時可以觀(guan)察加熱器的(de)實(shi)時參(can)(can)數6曲線。該界面主要觀(guan)察6個溫度的(de)曲線圖,同時也可以插上U盤(pan)導出(chu)各個溫度段的(de)參(can)(can)數,放于電(dian)腦上打印或(huo)是觀(guan)看。
5、儀(yi)表配置:主要是觀看本(ben)屏的些數據,未經設(she)備廠的協助下不可(ke)隨意更改(gai)參(can)數。
