影響(xiang)電磁(ci)加熱器的(de)(de)加熱效(xiao)率的(de)(de)3個因素:
1、電磁加熱(re)設備主(zhu)機放(fang)置的距(ju)離(li)有關:般(ban)情況下(xia),廠(chang)家都(dou)會(hui)建議放(fang)在5米以內,這樣加熱(re)效果才會(hui)更好。
2、與被加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的物體材料(liao)有(you)關:目前大(da)多數的工業加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)設備對(dui)于所加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的介質(zhi)還(huan)(huan)是(shi)有(you)定的要求(qiu)的,好是(shi)可(ke)以直(zhi)接加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的,例(li)如鐵(tie)質(zhi)、碳鋼(gang)材質(zhi)。對(dui)于直(zhi)接加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)材質(zhi)的管道(dao)或者容器還(huan)(huan)是(shi)有(you)定的困難。不(bu)過電(dian)磁掌握電(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)核(he)心(xin)技(ji)術(shu),能夠直(zhi)接加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)304、316等3系列(lie),并且擁有(you)豐富的應用(yong)案(an)例(li),直(zhi)接加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)的技(ji)術(shu)行業先。
3、與加(jia)(jia)熱的(de)距離(li)有關:被加(jia)(jia)熱體與電(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱線(xian)圈(quan)的(de)距離(li),正常來說,對于220V、5KW的(de)電(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱控制板以及以下功率兩者(zhe)間的(de)距離(li)好相隔1.5-2公分(fen)(fen);380V、5KW電(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱設備(bei)距離(li)好相隔2-3公分(fen)(fen)。這個距離(li)廠家都(dou)是利用保(bao)溫棉(mian)代替,既避(bi)免了隔空(kong),又避(bi)免熱量損失,所以客戶無需(xu)擔心隔空(kong)問題。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)和傳統電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)對比:傳統電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)熱(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)(shi)大:現(xian)有(you)企業專(zhuan)用(yong)的加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式,是由電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)絲(si)(si)繞制,圈(quan)的內(nei)外雙面(mian)(mian)發熱(re)(re)(re),其(qi)內(nei)面(mian)(mian)(緊貼料筒部分)的熱(re)(re)(re)傳導到(dao)料筒上(shang)(shang),而(er)外面(mian)(mian)的熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)大部分散失(shi)(shi)到(dao)空(kong)氣中,造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)能的直(zhi)接損失(shi)(shi)、浪費。環(huan)(huan)境(jing)溫度上(shang)(shang)升: 由于熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)大量(liang)散失(shi)(shi),周(zhou)圍環(huan)(huan)境(jing)溫度升高(gao),尤其(qi)是夏天對生產環(huan)(huan)境(jing)影(ying)響很大,現(xian)場(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)溫度有(you)的已經(jing)超過了45度,有(you)些企業不得不采用(yong)空(kong)調降低(di)溫度,這又造成能源(yuan)的二次浪費。使用(yong)壽(shou)命短、維修量(liang)大: 電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)管由于采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)絲(si)(si)發熱(re)(re)(re),其(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)溫度高(gao)達(da)300度左右(you),熱(re)(re)(re)滯(zhi)后(hou)較大,不易精(jing)確控溫,電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)絲(si)(si)容易因高(gao)溫老化而(er)燒斷。常用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)圈(quan)使用(yong)壽(shou)命約半年(nian),因此,維修的工(gong)作(zuo)量(liang)相對較大。
電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器裝(zhuang)置(zhi)后(hou)溫度(du)不(bu)達(da)標處理方(fang)法,當為注塑機(ji)(ji)類似(si)小(xiao)功率時(shi),安裝(zhuang)電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器后(hou)有些機(ji)(ji)器溫度(du)總(zong)是(shi)差點點。當把功率換(huan)原來(lai)(lai)還(huan)大后(hou)還(huan)是(shi)這樣。有時(shi)總(zong)讓人摸不(bu)著(zhu)頭(tou)腦,大多(duo)數不(bu)是(shi)功率安裝(zhuang)小(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)原因的(de)(de)(de),這是(shi)由于原來(lai)(lai)機(ji)(ji)器中的(de)(de)(de)溫控制器輸出的(de)(de)(de)PID運算方(fang)法引起的(de)(de)(de),啟動(dong)信號很短,電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器都(dou)還(huan)沒(mei)有來(lai)(lai)得(de)及工作,又斷了。所以(yi)電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器大多(duo)數時(shi)間(jian)處理停止狀態,沒(mei)有加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。這時(shi)我(wo)們可(ke)以(yi)調節機(ji)(ji)器中的(de)(de)(de)斷開延時(shi)工作時(shi)間(jian),來(lai)(lai)達(da)到(dao)溫度(du)要求。注意(yi),不(bu)能調節太大。否(fou)則可(ke)能會超溫。
選(xuan)擇水(shui)冷(leng)電磁加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)需要注意:較(jiao)(jiao)是(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)自來水(shui),或(huo)(huo)運用(yong)(yong)井水(shui)。但不能是(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)河水(shui),由于(yu)河水(shui)會有些草(cao)或(huo)(huo)砂粒,如(ru)果是(shi)(shi)把草(cao)或(huo)(huo)砂粒吸進(jin)來,那(nei)么就(jiu)會堵塞散熱(re)片管道,無(wu)法(fa)(fa)進(jin)行水(shui)冷(leng)散熱(re),那(nei)么散熱(re)器(qi)(qi)就(jiu)無(wu)法(fa)(fa)降溫(wen),就(jiu)立即呈現過熱(re)維護而中(zhong)止加熱(re)作(zuo)業(ye)。再有就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)對于(yu)北(bei)方(fang)區(qu)域,或(huo)(huo)些較(jiao)(jiao)寒(han)冷(leng)地區(qu),不適合(he)運用(yong)(yong)水(shui)冷(leng)的(de)(de)電磁加熱(re)器(qi)(qi),由于(yu)溫(wen)度過低(di),水(shui)就(jiu)無(wu)法(fa)(fa)活動(dong),甚至會結(jie)冰凍住,那(nei)么就(jiu)無(wu)法(fa)(fa)到(dao)達水(shui)冷(leng)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。南邊區(qu)域,水(shui)冷(leng)的(de)(de)電磁加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)比較(jiao)(jiao)合(he)適運用(yong)(yong)。
電(dian)壓340--350,電(dian)流(liu)65--68,加熱(re)作用太(tai)慢(man)。有(you)什(shen)么(me)好(hao)辦法提高(gao)電(dian)壓嗎?
1、160KW的(de)變壓(ya)器用了(le)125A的(de)電(dian)流,那么也就是(shi)只用了(le)近1半的(de)負載罷了(le),這個情況(kuang)電(dian)壓(ya)由(you)410V~415V降到340V~350V這是(shi)不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的(de),從(cong)數據上看您這邊的(de)供電(dian)網還是(shi)非常(chang)不(bu)錯的(de),這里要是(shi)線路太長,線損太大(da)引起。
2、可以用(yong)電(dian)(dian)容補償嗎?工業上(shang)高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)容補償,這要(yao)是(shi)針對(dui)變壓器功(gong)率因數太低(補償前(qian)只有(you)0.8左右),如果您(nin)的(de)變壓器之前(qian)沒有(you)做無功(gong)補償,那么(me)這還是(shi)有(you)作用(yong)的(de),并且也定要(yao)補償,不(bu)(bu)然電(dian)(dian)力公司檢測出來會被罰款的(de),但如1剖(pou)析(xi),您(nin)這邊要(yao)不(bu)(bu)是(shi)功(gong)率因數低造(zao)成,所以對(dui)于電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)上(shang)升作用(yong)不(bu)(bu)大。
3、50kw電磁加熱器(qi)(qi)電流卻(que)只有65A~68A,依(yi)照這個參數核算這臺控制器(qi)(qi)連50KW都(dou)達不(bu)到,或(huo)許您被騙(pian)了(le),隨著電磁加熱器(qi)(qi)行(xing)業(ye)的(de)競(jing)爭(zheng)劇烈,有非常(chang)(chang)多不(bu)法的(de)商家經常(chang)(chang)用小功(gong)率(lv)(lv)產品(pin)假(jia)充大(da)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)產品(pin)再以(yi)相對較(jiao)低(di)的(de)價格進行(xing)販賣,如用40KW超載運用假(jia)充50KW甚(shen)至60KW再以(yi)比商場正常(chang)(chang)50KW或(huo)許60KW的(de)價了(le)解(jie)到的(de)數據。

哪些因素會導(dao)致電磁加(jia)熱器發生故障?
:電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)器電(dian)(dian)路(lu)設計不科學。目前,在大(da)功率電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)系統中,大(da)部(bu)分廠家采用(yong)過去的(de)傳統模擬3525或494電(dian)(dian)路(lu),產生兩路(lu)或四(si)路(lu)PWM,采用(yong)調(diao)頻方法驅(qu)動IGBT,改(gai)變諧振回電(dian)(dian)流大(da)小來達到調(diao)節功率大(da)小的(de)目的(de),再采用(yong)4046進行(xing)鎖相控制,在工業上加熱(re)應用(yong)已經(jing)很普遍,技術(shu)也(ye)比較成熟。但是,它(ta)的(de)硬件電(dian)(dian)路(lu)復雜,所以大(da)多(duo)體積龐大(da),也(ye)不便于(yu)生產和調(diao)試(shi),特別是容易(yi)由(you)于(yu)所選用(yong)的(de)器件特性差異,致(zhi)使電(dian)(dian)源致(zhi)性差,工作中生產的(de)高強的(de)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)干擾時,鎖相或保護部(bu)分容易(yi)失(shi)靈,容易(yi)造成故障。
