如何選擇電(dian)磁加熱器(qi)保溫材料?
1、根(gen)據(ju)材料(liao)的(de)耐溫(wen)等(deng),選擇耐溫(wen)比(bi)發熱體表面的(de)加熱溫(wen)度高至少300度的(de)保溫(wen)材料(liao)。
2、根據(ju)電(dian)磁加熱(re)控制器線圈布置(zhi)的(de)面積以及線圈與發熱(re)體(ti)的(de)距離,選擇(ze)合(he)適(shi)導熱(re)系數的(de)保(bao)溫(wen)材料。
3、根據線圈成型要(yao)求(qiu),選擇不同(tong)致密性和硬(ying)度的保溫材(cai)料。
4、根據現(xian)場的(de)施工條件,選(xuan)擇適合的(de)保溫(wen)材料。
5、重要(yao)的(de)條原則,就是要(yao)保證經過(guo)上述選擇后,保溫(wen)棉表面的(de)溫(wen)度在(zai)工作過(guo)程中,盡可能低。高溫(wen)場合至少要(yao)保持在(zai)100度以下。
電磁加熱器裝置(zhi)后發現(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)怎樣處理,這種(zhong)現(xian)象大(da)多為注塑(su)(su)機(ji), 注塑(su)(su)機(ji)裝置(zhi)的電磁加熱器數(shu)量比(bi)較多,攪(jiao)擾也比(bi)較嚴重,有時候發現(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)顯(xian)現(xian)亂(luan)跳(tiao),溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)不穩守時,能夠選用(yong)幾種(zhong)辦法測(ce)驗:
第,熱電(dian)偶接頭兩(liang)頭能夠并(bing)個102P瓷片電(dian)容以消除高頻(pin)攪擾(rao)。
第二,檢查下炮筒接(jie)地是不是杰出?測(ce)驗炮筒強行接(jie)地處理。
第三,能(neng)夠把線(xian)圈遠離下熱電偶,減小攪擾。
第四,測(ce)(ce)驗(yan)下(xia)用高溫布(bu)把(ba)熱電偶包(bao)住(zhu),讓它不要(yao)與炮筒觸摸(mo)。第五,測(ce)(ce)驗(yan)換條新的熱電偶。第六,測(ce)(ce)驗(yan)下(xia)注塑(su)機(ji)操控電腦中心加個Pai型慮波器,減小電源攪(jiao)擾。

電磁感應加熱器控制溫度場的(de)分(fen)布的(de)原理及方法如下(xia):
1、原理:導體(ti)(ti)處于(yu)交(jiao)變(bian)(bian)電流(liu)中(zhong)時,交(jiao)變(bian)(bian)電流(liu)使導體(ti)(ti)周圍產(chan)生交(jiao)變(bian)(bian)磁(ci)場,從而引起集膚(fu)效(xiao)應使導體(ti)(ti)在短時間內迅(xun)速被加熱,交(jiao)變(bian)(bian)電流(liu)的頻率越高,集膚(fu)效(xiao)應越嚴重。
2、電流(liu)(liu)透入(ru)深度對(dui)感(gan)應加熱(re)的(de)影響:把金屬(shu)(shu)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)體放在(zai)通有交流(liu)(liu)電的(de)線(xian)圈中(zhong),盡管金屬(shu)(shu)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)不與線(xian)圈接觸,線(xian)圈本身的(de)溫度也(ye)很低,但是圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)表面卻會(hui)被加熱(re)到發紅,甚至(zhi)熔(rong)化,這是由于電磁(ci)感(gan)應作(zuo)用,在(zai)金屬(shu)(shu)柱(zhu)中(zhong)感(gan)生(sheng)與線(xian)圈電流(liu)(liu)方向(xiang)相反的(de)渦流(liu)(liu),在(zai)渦流(liu)(liu)的(de)焦耳熱(re)作(zuo)用下(xia),金屬(shu)(shu)自(zi)身發熱(re)升溫所引(yin)起(qi)的(de)。金屬(shu)(shu)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)中(zhong)的(de)感(gan)生(sheng)電流(liu)(liu)的(de)分布(bu)在(zai)表面強,在(zai)徑向(xiang)從(cong)外到里按指數函數方式(shi)減小。這種電流(liu)(liu)不均(jun)勻(yun)分布(bu)的(de)現象,隨電流(liu)(liu)頻率升高而趨顯著。
電磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)的安裝及調試(shi)(shi):電磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)的安裝及調試(shi)(shi)比較簡單:
1、改(gai)造之前,先(xian)把(ba)設(she)備接線(xian)情況理下,拍照,做記號(以備恢復原狀)。
2、確定控制(zhi)板(ban)或(huo)電柜安裝位置,以(yi)便于確定高溫線(xian)引線(xian)長(chang)度。定要跟工廠電工或(huo)班交流,確認。
3、拆線圈測量功率, 數據要準(zhun)。 來確定安裝功率。可以(yi)結合工(gong)廠電工(gong),這也要拍照,留原始記錄。
4、量炮筒周(zhou)長, 確定保溫棉(mian)尺寸,黃蠟板尺寸,黃蠟板預留(liu)探(tan)頭孔(kong),孔(kong)尺寸要(yao)準,確定每個溫區長度,固定。
5、確(que)定高(gao)溫線長度(du),繞(rao)(rao)制。 要求美觀。整齊。包括間(jian)距大小(xiao)控(kong)制, 松緊(jin)控(kong)制。 繞(rao)(rao)完后測量電感量大小(xiao)。 注(zhu)意(yi)儀表量程。
6、接線。確認以前斷路器電流(liu)表量程,過小要換掉。先分別(bie)測(ce)(ce)試,測(ce)(ce)電壓,電流(liu)是否正常。有問題解決, 沒問題后(hou)在整機(ji)測(ce)(ce)試。
7、 整理,清理現場。要求利索整潔。
