電磁加熱器(qi)IGBT溫度傳感器(qi)異常解決方法:
1、出現(xian)傳(chuan)感器(qi)異常(chang)后(hou)請先將(jiang)傳(chuan)感器(qi)引線主板上拔下,再用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)測量其阻值(zhi),常(chang)溫25℃時阻值(zhi)應約為10K,否則傳(chuan)感器(qi)已(yi)損壞。
2、如傳感(gan)器(qi)正常,再檢測(ce)傳感(gan)器(qi)引線是(shi)否與(yu)CN3連(lian)接正常。C36、R16是(shi)否開、短(duan)路。
3、檢測U5第16腳(jiao)是否連接(jie)正常。
