電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)與電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)區別(bie)?簡單的(de)(de)說,他們實(shi)質上沒(mei)什么區別(bie),都是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線圈發熱(re)盤而已,并且加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)物(wu)質是(shi)(shi)有含鐵的(de)(de)物(wu)質。但是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)原(yuan)理是(shi)(shi)感(gan)應(ying)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)源產生的(de)(de)交變電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)通過線圈而產生磁(ci)場(chang),原(yuan)子相互(hu)碰撞、摩(mo)擦(ca)而產生熱(re)能而電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)則是(shi)(shi)利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)原(yuan)理將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)為熱(re)能,將(jiang)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓,再經(jing)過控制電(dian)(dian)路將(jiang)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)為高頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)壓等系列(lie)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)成(cheng)磁(ci)場(chang)而加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)方式。由于加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)方式不樣(yang),因此(ci),操作的(de)(de)方式也是(shi)(shi)不樣(yang)的(de)(de)。節能的(de)(de)效果電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)會更好(hao)。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加熱(re)(re)器,是現今工(gong)業域和(he)(he)民用(yong)設備中廣(guang)泛的種加熱(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)式(shi),采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加熱(re)(re)技術(shu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)應(ying)(ying)加熱(re)(re)技術(shu)簡稱為 IH(Induction Heating)技術(shu),是在法拉第感(gan)應(ying)(ying)定律的基礎上發展起來(lai)的,是法拉第感(gan)應(ying)(ying)定律的種應(ying)(ying)用(yong)形式(shi)。其本(ben)質就是利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)應(ying)(ying)在柱(zhu)體內產生渦流來(lai)給加熱(re)(re)工(gong)件的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re),它是把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)轉換(huan)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁能(neng),再由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁能(neng)轉換(huan)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)在金屬內部轉變(bian)為熱(re)(re)能(neng),達(da)到加熱(re)(re)金屬的目的,從而杜(du)了(le)明火(huo)在加熱(re)(re)過(guo)程中的危害和(he)(he)干擾(rao),是種環(huan)保,提倡的加熱(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)案。
電磁加熱器的使用壽命卻和以下(xia)幾個點有著密(mi)不(bu)可分的關(guan)系:
1、產品(pin)定(ding)要保證產品(pin)正確的安(an)裝。每款電磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)及(ji)電磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)圈所要求的保溫棉的厚道(dao),繞(rao)線的粗細長度,電感值(zhi),輸(shu)入電流值(zhi)都是不同的,要嚴格按照廠家(jia)出廠時(shi)安(an)裝說明書為標準。

二、電磁加(jia)熱器(qi)和家(jia)(jia)用(yong)電磁爐區別之家(jia)(jia)用(yong)電磁爐是為了滿足居家(jia)(jia)生(sheng)活而(er)設計(ji)開(kai)(kai)發的,而(er)電磁加(jia)熱器(qi)是為了解決塑料(liao)加(jia)熱的問題而(er)設計(ji)開(kai)(kai)發。
電磁加熱器線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)短路,本控制器具有線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)短路檢測(ce)功能,通過對IGBT模塊UCE飽合壓降檢測(ce)來保護因線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)短路引起的IGBT損(sun)壞。本控制器連續三次(ci)檢測(ce)UCE超過設定值(zhi),則會(hui)關(guan)閉輸出。顯示窗1會(hui)顯示“E4”并閃爍,“短路”指示燈會(hui)閃爍提示,蜂鳴音每5秒短響4次(ci)。解(jie)決方法:
1、檢查線圈是是否有漏電(dian)、短路或電(dian)感(gan)量太小。
2、檢測主板與(yu)IGBT連線是否開路。
3、檢測D10、D11、D12、D13、ZD1、ZD2、ZD3、ZD4、R29、R26、R27、R28等元件是(shi)否開路或變。
4、檢測光耦U1、U2、U3、U4是否損壞(huai)。
5、檢(jian)測U5第(di)19腳是否(fou)為(wei)高(gao)電平,否(fou)則(ze)U5已損壞。
