哪些因素會導(dao)致電磁加熱器發(fa)生故障?
:電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱器電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)設計(ji)不科學。目前,在大(da)功率電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)系統中(zhong)(zhong),大(da)部分廠家采用過去(qu)的(de)傳統模(mo)擬(ni)3525或494電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu),產(chan)生(sheng)兩(liang)路(lu)(lu)(lu)或四(si)路(lu)(lu)(lu)PWM,采用調(diao)(diao)頻方(fang)法驅動IGBT,改變諧振回電(dian)(dian)流(liu)大(da)小來(lai)達到調(diao)(diao)節功率大(da)小的(de)目的(de),再采用4046進行鎖相控制(zhi),在工(gong)業上加(jia)熱應(ying)用已經很普遍,技(ji)術也比(bi)較成熟。但是(shi),它的(de)硬件電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)復(fu)雜,所以(yi)大(da)多(duo)體積龐大(da),也不便(bian)于(yu)生(sheng)產(chan)和調(diao)(diao)試(shi),特別是(shi)容易由于(yu)所選(xuan)用的(de)器件特性(xing)差異,致使電(dian)(dian)源致性(xing)差,工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)高強的(de)電(dian)(dian)磁干擾時,鎖相或保護部分容易失(shi)靈,容易造成故(gu)障。
二:電(dian)(dian)(dian)力器(qi)件布局(ju)(ju)不(bu)合(he)理。在大(da)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)工(gong)業(ye)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加熱主結構(gou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路中,常為(wei)半(ban)(ban)橋電(dian)(dian)(dian)路和(he)全(quan)(quan)橋電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,通常2-25KW功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)別采用(yong)半(ban)(ban)橋電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,全(quan)(quan)橋電(dian)(dian)(dian)路可以實現20KW以上功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。般地,功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)大(da)于25KW后(hou),線(xian)圈的(de)高頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)流比較大(da),發熱比較多,當主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)力功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)器(qi)件布局(ju)(ju)不(bu)合(he)理時(shi),可能會產生高強干擾,有可能使慮波電(dian)(dian)(dian)容、揩(kai)振電(dian)(dian)(dian)容或(huo)IGBT模塊擊(ji)穿。為(wei)了用(yong)戶的(de)安裝(zhuang)安全(quan)(quan)考慮,般把(ba)(ba)半(ban)(ban)橋電(dian)(dian)(dian)路大(da)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)定為(wei)15KW,降低IGBT模塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)流應力,當功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)大(da)于20KW時(shi),建議用(yong)戶選擇全(quan)(quan)橋主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路結構(gou)。當然,在特定的(de)應用(yong)場合(he),需要加熱面積(ji)比小,功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)密(mi)度比較大(da)時(shi),我們合(he)理科(ke)學地可以幫助用(yong)戶把(ba)(ba)半(ban)(ban)橋電(dian)(dian)(dian)路安全(quan)(quan)做到30KW。
電磁加熱器日常護理:
1、產(chan)品是否(fou)正確安裝(zhuang) 。每款(kuan)電磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱器及(ji)(ji)電磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱圈所(suo)要求的(de)保溫棉(mian)的(de)厚道,繞線的(de)粗(cu)細(xi)長(chang)度(du),電感值,輸入電流值都(dou)是不同的(de),定要按照廠家出廠時安裝(zhuang)說明書為標準(zhun)。以(yi)及(ji)(ji)每臺電磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱控制(zhi)板(ban)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)線圈組間(jian)(jian)隔間(jian)(jian)距在10cm以(yi)上也(ye)是非常重要的(de),因為靠的(de)太(tai)近會相互影響。只有電磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱器安裝(zhuang)在正常參數范圍內才能保證(zheng)的(de)長(chang)期穩定工作。
2、車間(jian)的(de)環(huan)境包括(kuo)粉塵(chen),灰(hui)(hui)塵(chen),潮濕度有關。般來講粉塵(chen)灰(hui)(hui)塵(chen)越大,對電磁(ci)加(jia)熱控制主(zhu)板(ban)越不利。如果是粉塵(chen)灰(hui)(hui)塵(chen)比較(jiao)大的(de)情況下,需要定(ding)期清(qing)理電磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)上的(de)風扇(shan),風冷電磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)主(zhu)要是散熱,室內通(tong)風要好,避(bi)免風扇(shan)被卡住而起不到(dao)主(zhu)板(ban)散熱效果從而使(shi)得(de)元(yuan)器(qi)件(jian)過熱而燒壞。

4、對(dui)產品(pin)的(de)愛(ai)護程度。對(dui)于(yu)車間灰塵粉塵比較大(da)的(de)用(yong)戶,應該定期用(yong)毛(mao)刷刷下電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器上(shang)的(de)風(feng)扇,與(yu)電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)線(xian)圈(quan)上(shang)的(de)粉塵,對(dui)于(yu)線(xian)圈(quan)不用(yong)有(you)重物壓(ya)住,或割破(po),不要(yao)經(jing)常有(you)水濺到(dao)線(xian)圈(quan)上(shang)或電(dian)磁(ci)感應加(jia)熱(re)(re)器上(shang)。更不要(yao)將電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器暴露(lu)在(zai)露(lu)天(tian)環(huan)境下,因為露(lu)天(tian)環(huan)境如果遇到(dao)下雨天(tian)肯定就要(yao)淋濕,在(zai)未(wei)干的(de)情(qing)況下開機就會(hui)導致(zhi)壞掉。或者露(lu)天(tian)環(huan)境早晨雨露(lu)較多,導致(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)板潮濕,未(wei)干的(de)情(qing)況下開機也會(hui)導致(zhi)里(li)面(mian)的(de)線(xian)路(lu)短路(lu)。
電磁(ci)加(jia)熱器(qi)經常(chang)燒壞(huai)的幾個原(yuan)因:
