1、紡織印(yin)染:原料采用電(dian)磁加(jia)熱可以提(ti)(ti)高能(neng)源利用效率,提(ti)(ti)高加(jia)熱速度(du)(du),提(ti)(ti)高溫度(du)(du)控制精度(du)(du);
2、輕工行業:罐頭以及其它塑料包裝的封口等等。
3、鍋(guo)爐行業:電磁鍋(guo)爐利(li)用其(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)速(su)度快(kuai)的特點,可拋棄傳統鍋(guo)爐整(zheng)體加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的方式(shi),只在鍋(guo)爐的出(chu)水端進行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),使水流在流動中完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)速(su)度快(kuai),節省空間。

使用(yong)電磁加熱器時這幾點不可忽(hu)視:
1、電(dian)磁加熱器主機的安(an)頓環境不能在-20℃以下,高也不能超過50℃,且要枯燥、通(tong)風。
2、接入電(dian)源前:清楚電(dian)器(qi)作業需要(yao)的(de)(de)總電(dian)量(liang)(liang)和供電(dian)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)總容量(liang)(liang),不能超過(guo)供電(dian)的(de)(de)總容量(liang)(liang),也盡可(ke)能不要(yao)去糟蹋。別的(de)(de)要(yao)辨(bian)明(ming)單相220v、三相380v電(dian)壓,不能接錯(cuo)。終要(yao)留意(yi)的(de)(de)就是(shi),當電(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓在規(gui)則電(dian)壓規(gui)模(mo)的(de)(de)上下(xia)10%起浮時,制止運(yun)用大(da)功率電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)設備。
3、變(bian)頻電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)器是(shi)怕水的(de),因而(er)、總(zong)歸,電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)器不能(neng)有水進入,任何狀況下都(dou)要防止這狀況,水蒸汽、濕(shi)氣過重(zhong)也不可,電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)線也相同(tong)怕水,切忌(ji)用濕(shi)潤的(de)手(shou)去觸摸或是(shi)在(zai)電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)線上搭曬濕(shi)潤的(de)衣物等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。
4、電(dian)磁加熱器生(sheng)產廠(chang)家印刷(shua)電(dian)路(lu)板周圍(wei)不能有塑(su)料(liao)、乙(yi)烯(xi)基和聚苯乙(yi)烯(xi)泡沫塑(su)料(liao)(抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)類型在外),靜(jing)電(dian)很可能會損壞(huai)這些(xie)電(dian)路(lu)。不要(yao)觸摸操控接口板或(huo)操控板的IC電(dian)路(lu)。
5、電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱線外(wai)表是石棉原(yuan)料,怕磨,因而電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱線應防(fang)止轟動兇(xiong)猛(meng)的設備,防(fang)止磨損(sun)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱線呈現漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象,觸(chu)摸接(jie)地的金(jin)屬物體(ti),用(yong)手觸(chu)摸這些操(cao)控(kong)器之前消(xiao)除身體(ti)上的靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(封閉操(cao)控(kong)器的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。并且在觸(chu)摸操(cao)控(kong)器時堅持(chi)接(jie)地)。
6、任(ren)何替換(huan)設備、檢修設備環節定要(yao)斷電(dian)(dian)今后才干進行,不要(yao)用(yong)手或導體(ti)觸摸印刷電(dian)(dian)路板上(shang)的(de)元件或導體(ti)。
7、任何替換(huan)設(she)備(bei)、檢修設(she)備(bei)環節定(ding)要斷電今后才干進(jin)行。
電磁加熱技術原理:
1、電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi):電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)種利(li)用電(dian)磁感應原理將(jiang)電(dian)能轉化成熱(re)(re)能的(de)(de)裝置,電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)(re)控制器(qi)(qi)將(jiang)220V,50/60HZ的(de)(de)交流(liu)電(dian)整流(liu)變成直流(liu)電(dian),再(zai)將(jiang)直流(liu)電(dian)轉成頻(pin)(pin)率為(wei)20-40KHZ的(de)(de)高頻(pin)(pin)高壓電(dian),或者是(shi)380v 50/60HZ的(de)(de)三相(xiang)交流(liu)電(dian)轉換成直流(liu)電(dian)再(zai)將(jiang)直流(liu)電(dian)轉換成10~30KHZ的(de)(de)高頻(pin)(pin)低壓大電(dian)流(liu)電(dian),用來(lai)工業產品加(jia)熱(re)(re)。
2、電磁(ci)加熱(re)圈(quan):高(gao)速(su)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)高(gao)頻(pin)高(gao)壓電流(liu)流(liu)過線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)高(gao)速(su)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)交(jiao)變(bian)磁(ci)場,當用(yong)含鐵質容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)放置(zhi)上面(mian)時(shi),容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)表面(mian)即具切割交(jiao)變(bian)磁(ci)力線(xian)(xian)而(er)在容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)底(di)部(bu)金(jin)屬部(bu)分產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)交(jiao)變(bian)的(de)(de)電流(liu)(即渦(wo)流(liu)),渦(wo)流(liu)使(shi)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)底(di)部(bu)的(de)(de)載流(liu)子(zi)高(gao)速(su)無規則運(yun)動,載流(liu)子(zi)互相碰撞、摩擦(ca)而(er)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)熱(re)能。從而(er)起到加熱(re)物品的(de)(de)效果。即是通過把電能轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)為磁(ci)能,使(shi)被加熱(re)鋼(gang)體(ti)表面(mian)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)感應渦(wo)流(liu)種加熱(re)方式。這種方式從根本上解(jie)決(jue)了電熱(re)片、電熱(re)圈(quan)等電阻式的(de)(de),通過熱(re)傳導方式加熱(re)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)熱(re)效率低下的(de)(de)問(wen)題。

2、不要將(jiang)控制(zhi)器安裝在(zai)潮(chao)濕的環境(jing)中,防止水蒸汽(qi)進入電(dian)箱后,易在(zai)緣介質(zhi)表面凝結,降低(di)其緣性能(neng),造成漏電(dian)事故(gu)。
3、外(wai)部(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)在接(jie)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加熱器前,應安裝獨立的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)空氣開關保護裝置(zhi)。并將金屬外(wai)殼要(yao)可靠接(jie)地。在使用過程(cheng)中,不要(yao)輕易拆(chai)除其接(jie)地導線,因(yin)為接(jie)地措施(shi)是防止觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)的后道(dao)保護措施(shi)。
