電(dian)阻(zu)線(xian)(xian)材加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)過程中電(dian)能浪費的(de)原因:傳統采(cai)暖(nuan)行(xing)業普遍采(cai)用(yong)電(dian)阻(zu)導線(xian)(xian)和石(shi)英(ying)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式,這種(zhong)傳統加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式熱(re)(re)效率(lv)(lv)低。電(dian)阻(zu)絲和石(shi)英(ying)主(zhu)要通(tong)過電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),然后熱(re)(re)量(liang)轉移到料桶(tong)上。作為種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)材料,這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)效果(guo)的(de)大熱(re)(re)利(li)用(yong)率(lv)(lv)僅為50%左右,其(qi)余50%左右的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang)被排放到空氣(qi)中。傳統電(dian)阻(zu)線(xian)(xian)材加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式的(de)電(dian)能損(sun)耗高達50%。

電磁加熱器(qi)多溫區控制就是(shi)有兩種:
種:是臺電(dian)磁加熱控(kong)制器控(kong)制多(duo)組線(xian)圈。
第(di)二種(zhong):是臺(tai)設備使(shi)用多個電磁加(jia)(jia)熱(re)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器分別控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)多個線圈(quan)。現在例如注(zhu)塑機,拉絲(si)機,吹膜機,擠出機等機械(xie)設備,料管(guan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)部分都(dou)需要幾個不同溫(wen)度才能滿足(zu)生產,這時候就(jiu)要使(shi)用到(dao)電磁加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器多溫(wen)區來控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。
第三種:臺電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)控(kong)制(zhi)器控(kong)制(zhi)多(duo)組線(xian)圈比(bi)較少(shao)用,因為如果主機旦出現故障,整個(ge)幾(ji)個(ge)溫(wen)度都將無法(fa)加(jia)熱(re),影響(xiang)正(zheng)規生產,而且維(wei)護起(qi)來也是(shi)比(bi)較麻煩的。
第四(si)種:多個(ge)電(dian)磁加熱控制(zhi)器分別控制(zhi)獨立線圈(quan),這樣不但便(bian)于管(guan)理,而且(qie)加熱非常(chang)均勻(yun),維護(hu)起來(lai)也(ye)是十分方便(bian)的(de)。
電(dian)磁加熱器過(guo)流(liu),當電(dian)流(liu)大(da)于120A時(shi)(shi),控制器會自動檢(jian)(jian)測,如果連續三次(ci)檢(jian)(jian)測均大(da)于120A時(shi)(shi)顯示(shi)(shi)窗1會顯示(shi)(shi)“E2”并閃爍(shuo),“過(guo)流(liu)”指示(shi)(shi)燈會閃爍(shuo)提示(shi)(shi),蜂鳴音每5秒短(duan)響(xiang)2次(ci)。解決方(fang)法(fa):
1、請確認線圈電感是否偏(pian)離正常(chang)的(de)設計參數。
2、檢測(ce)R30是否(fou)變質。
3、可考慮U5是否(fou)損(sun)壞。
4、這種情況(kuang)通常與線圈參(can)數不合適有很大關系(xi)。
電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)板的(de)配件有哪些?2P排(pai)線、10K熱(re)敏(min)電(dian)阻、吸收板1塊(kuai)、風(feng)扇線、顯(xian)示盒、530V電(dian)源線(帶磁環)、高(gao)頻互感器。
電磁加(jia)熱器的(de)全(quan)橋和(he)半橋的(de)投資成本與產品配置的(de)異同:
、相同:在普通用途上,均(jun)可(ke)全系列配置各種產品。
二、投資成本上不同(tong):
1、全橋:因(yin)其設計配置較(jiao)高,無可避免生產成本較(jiao)高。
2、半橋:因其(qi)設計配置較低(di),生產成本(ben)較低(di)。
三、產品配置上:
1、全橋:成(cheng)本合理(li)和負載耐用上(shang),配置30KW以上(shang)產品較宜。
2、半橋:成本(ben)合理上,配(pei)置30KW以下產品較宜。
哪些因素(su)會導致電磁加熱器發生故障(zhang)?
:電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱器(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路設計不科學。目前,在大(da)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)路系統(tong)中(zhong),大(da)部分(fen)廠(chang)家(jia)采用過(guo)去的傳統(tong)模擬(ni)3525或494電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,產生(sheng)(sheng)兩路或四路PWM,采用調(diao)頻方法驅動(dong)IGBT,改變諧振回電(dian)(dian)(dian)流大(da)小來達到(dao)調(diao)節功(gong)率(lv)(lv)大(da)小的目的,再(zai)采用4046進行鎖相(xiang)控制(zhi),在工(gong)業上加(jia)熱應用已(yi)經很普遍(bian),技術(shu)也比較(jiao)成(cheng)熟。但是,它的硬件電(dian)(dian)(dian)路復(fu)雜,所以(yi)大(da)多體積龐(pang)大(da),也不便于生(sheng)(sheng)產和調(diao)試(shi),特別是容易由于所選用的器(qi)件特性差異(yi),致使電(dian)(dian)(dian)源致性差,工(gong)作中(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)產的高強的電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁干擾時,鎖相(xiang)或保護部分(fen)容易失靈,容易造成(cheng)故障。
二:電(dian)(dian)力器(qi)件(jian)布局不合理。在大(da)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)工業(ye)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)主結構電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)中,常為半橋(qiao)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)和全橋(qiao)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),通(tong)常2-25KW功(gong)(gong)率(lv)別采用(yong)(yong)(yong)半橋(qiao)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),全橋(qiao)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)可(ke)以實現20KW以上功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。般地(di),功(gong)(gong)率(lv)大(da)于25KW后,線圈的高頻電(dian)(dian)流(liu)比較大(da),發熱(re)比較多,當主電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)力功(gong)(gong)率(lv)器(qi)件(jian)布局不合理時,可(ke)能會產生高強干擾,有可(ke)能使慮波電(dian)(dian)容、揩振電(dian)(dian)容或IGBT模塊(kuai)擊穿。為了用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的安(an)裝(zhuang)安(an)全考慮,般把(ba)半橋(qiao)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)大(da)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)定為15KW,降低IGBT模塊(kuai)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)應(ying)力,當功(gong)(gong)率(lv)大(da)于20KW時,建(jian)議用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)選擇全橋(qiao)主電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)結構。當然,在特(te)定的應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)場(chang)合,需要加(jia)熱(re)面積(ji)比小,功(gong)(gong)率(lv)密度(du)比較大(da)時,我們(men)合理科學地(di)可(ke)以幫助用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)把(ba)半橋(qiao)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)安(an)全做(zuo)到30KW。
電磁加熱控制(zhi)器怎么安裝?
1、改造前先(xian)取(qu)下(xia)原設備上面的電熱(re)圈。
2、清潔(jie)料(liao)筒(tong)(tong)并測量料(liao)筒(tong)(tong)各(ge)種(zhong)參數(shu)。將料(liao)筒(tong)(tong)清潔(jie)干凈并用工具測量料(liao)筒(tong)(tong)各(ge)種(zhong)尺寸(管徑、長(chang)度、加熱區數(shu)、每區加熱長(chang)度、原(yuan)功(gong)率大小(xiao),以便確定用哪(na)種(zhong)控制板)。
3、在(zai)料筒(tong)上(shang)包(bao)層(ceng)隔熱(re)保(bao)溫(wen)材料,按(an)照(zhao)步驟2將料筒(tong)清潔干凈后(hou),在(zai)料筒(tong)上(shang)包(bao)上(shang)層(ceng)隔熱(re)保(bao)溫(wen)材料(石棉(mian)或者玻璃(li)纖維均可(ke)),可(ke)以(yi)先做區,區做好后(hou),再做其它區,熟練且經驗豐富者可(ke)幾個(ge)加熱(re)區起做 。
4、用(yong)高溫布(bu)將保(bao)溫材(cai)料(liao)(liao)包好,保(bao)溫材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的厚(hou)度根據(ju)使用(yong)的不同的電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)控制器的要求(qiu)來配(pei),保(bao)溫材(cai)料(liao)(liao)包好后,再用(yong)高溫布(bu)(纖維布(bu))或者(zhe)電(dian)木板(ban)(環氧樹脂板(ban))將保(bao)溫材(cai)料(liao)(liao)包緊起來,該步驟(zou)主要是(shi)確保(bao)料(liao)(liao)筒各處的保(bao)溫材(cai)料(liao)(liao)厚(hou)度致,以(yi)保(bao)證電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)的磁場均。
5、纏繞高(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)纜,高(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)纜的規格與長度請根據各種不(bu)同型號電(dian)磁加熱控(kong)制(zhi)器的要求選配,該步驟(zou)非常(chang)關鍵。
6、將線(xian)圈(quan)與電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)控制器連接。則將繞(rao)好的(de)線(xian)圈(quan)與電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)控制器連接好,并給電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)控制器接上(shang)電(dian)源,即可(ke)對設(she)備進行調(diao)試,需注意(yi)的(de)是(shi)調(diao)試過程(cheng)中(zhong)要特別注意(yi)測量(liang)電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)控制器的(de)輸入電(dian)流(liu)(liu)與頻率。為保證設(she)備的(de)使用壽命(ming)建(jian)議電(dian)流(liu)(liu)調(diao)到額定工(gong)作電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)80%左右,如我司2.5KW的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)控制板,額定工(gong)作電(dian)流(liu)(liu)是(shi)12A,則建(jian)議調(diao)到10A左右即可(ke),或電(dian)流(liu)(liu)偏小則可(ke)減少線(xian)圈(quan),反之(zhi)則需再增加些(xie)線(xian)圈(quan)。
