2、車(che)間的環境包括(kuo)粉塵(chen)(chen),灰塵(chen)(chen),潮濕(shi)度有關(guan)。般來講粉塵(chen)(chen)灰塵(chen)(chen)越大,對電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)控制(zhi)主(zhu)板越不利。如果(guo)是粉塵(chen)(chen)灰塵(chen)(chen)比較(jiao)大的情況下,需(xu)要(yao)定期清理(li)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)器上的風(feng)(feng)扇,風(feng)(feng)冷電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)器主(zhu)要(yao)是散(san)熱(re),室(shi)內通(tong)風(feng)(feng)要(yao)好,避免風(feng)(feng)扇被(bei)卡住而(er)(er)起不到(dao)主(zhu)板散(san)熱(re)效果(guo)從而(er)(er)使(shi)得元器件過(guo)熱(re)而(er)(er)燒壞(huai)。
3、產品(pin)的(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)也(ye)有很大(da)(da)關系。如(ru)果是(shi)(shi)已經(jing)按說明書(shu)上的(de)(de)參(can)數來(lai)安裝,車間(jian)粉(fen)塵(chen)灰塵(chen)也(ye)不大(da)(da)的(de)(de)情況下(xia)電(dian)磁加熱器(qi)還(huan)是(shi)(shi)經(jing)常出故障(zhang)(zhang),那(nei)么(me)這就是(shi)(shi)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)方面的(de)(de)問題(ti)了。不排除(chu)有的(de)(de)廠(chang)家為了降低成本而采(cai)用便宜的(de)(de)元(yuan)器(qi)件(jian)來(lai)做導致產品(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)不穩定而經(jing)常出現故障(zhang)(zhang),另外個(ge)原因(yin)就是(shi)(shi)雖然用的(de)(de)元(yuan)器(qi)件(jian)是(shi)(shi)好的(de)(de),但(dan)本身電(dian)路板設計不合理也(ye)會導致易出現故障(zhang)(zhang)。如(ru)果是(shi)(shi)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)問題(ti)導致的(de)(de),建議可(ke)以換家了。
4、對產品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)愛護程度。對于車間灰塵(chen)粉塵(chen)比較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)戶,應該定(ding)期用(yong)(yong)毛刷刷下(xia)(xia)(xia)電磁加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)上的(de)(de)(de)風扇,與(yu)電磁加(jia)熱(re)線圈上的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen),對于線圈不用(yong)(yong)有重(zhong)物壓住,或割(ge)破,不要經常有水(shui)濺到(dao)線圈上或電磁感應加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)上。更不要將電磁加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)暴露(lu)在露(lu)天(tian)環境下(xia)(xia)(xia),因為(wei)露(lu)天(tian)環境如果遇(yu)到(dao)下(xia)(xia)(xia)雨天(tian)肯定(ding)就要淋濕(shi),在未干(gan)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下(xia)(xia)(xia)開機就會導(dao)致(zhi)壞(huai)掉。或者露(lu)天(tian)環境早晨雨露(lu)較(jiao)多,導(dao)致(zhi)電路板潮濕(shi),未干(gan)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下(xia)(xia)(xia)開機也會導(dao)致(zhi)里面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)線路短路。
