電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器安全使用(yong)的幾個(ge)知識:
1、在使用時,不(bu)可(ke)將易燃易爆物品(pin)放在電磁加熱(re)器(qi)鄰近,需要有(you)定的安全間隔(ge)。
2、電磁加熱(re)器要放在不(bu)(bu)導熱(re)的(de)不(bu)(bu)燃材料基(ji)座上(shang)。
3、電磁加熱器導(dao)線的安全截流量要(yao)滿足電磁加熱器的容(rong)量需(xu)求。
4、工業用電磁(ci)加熱(re)器(qi)在任(ren)何情況下都(dou)要設立設備獨自存在的(de)電路。
5、導線(xian)必需設(she)(she)置(zhi)設(she)(she)備插頭,不(bu)可(ke)將電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器線(xian)頭直接插入插座;電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器導線(xian)老化破(po)損應當及時替換,電(dian)路中沒有設(she)(she)備熔斷(duan)器的電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱器不(bu)得開啟(qi)使用。
6、電(dian)(dian)磁加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在運用時若遇停電(dian)(dian),應及時將電(dian)(dian)磁加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)插頭拔(ba)出,不(bu)要忘記。對于屢(lv)次修補的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲,應替換(huan)新的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲,不(bu)再運用老(lao)舊電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲。易(yi)燃易(yi)爆物品禁(jin)止用電(dian)(dian)磁加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)烘干;電(dian)(dian)烘箱應有控制溫度(du)的(de)(de)設備(bei),既要避免溫度(du)過(guo)(guo)高(gao),又要避免電(dian)(dian)磁加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)烘烤時間過(guo)(guo)長。
電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)簡介:電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)也稱電(dian)磁(ci)感應加(jia)熱(re)(re),即(ji)電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(外文:Electromagnetic heating縮寫(xie):EH)技(ji)術(shu),電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)的原理是(shi)(shi)通過(guo)電(dian)子線路板組成部(bu)分產(chan)(chan)生交變(bian)磁(ci)場(chang)、當用(yong)含(han)鐵質容器(qi)(qi)(qi)放置上面(mian)時(shi),容器(qi)(qi)(qi)表(biao)面(mian)即(ji)切割交變(bian)磁(ci)力線而(er)在容器(qi)(qi)(qi)底部(bu)金屬部(bu)分產(chan)(chan)生交變(bian)的電(dian)流(即(ji)渦流),渦流使容器(qi)(qi)(qi)底部(bu)的載流子高速無規(gui)則運動,載流子與(yu)原子互相碰撞、摩擦而(er)產(chan)(chan)生熱(re)(re)能。從而(er)起(qi)到加(jia)熱(re)(re)物品(pin)的效果。因(yin)為是(shi)(shi)鐵制容器(qi)(qi)(qi)自(zi)身發熱(re)(re),所以熱(re)(re)轉化率特(te)別高,高可(ke)達(da)到95%是(shi)(shi)種直接加(jia)熱(re)(re)的方(fang)式。電(dian)磁(ci)爐,電(dian)磁(ci)灶 電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)電(dian)飯鍋(guo)都是(shi)(shi)采用(yong)的電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)技(ji)術(shu)。
電磁加熱器IGBT溫(wen)度傳感器異常解決方(fang)法:
1、出(chu)現傳感器異常(chang)(chang)后請先將傳感器引線主板上拔下(xia),再用萬用表測量其(qi)阻(zu)值,常(chang)(chang)溫25℃時阻(zu)值應(ying)約為10K,否則(ze)傳感器已損壞。
2、如傳(chuan)(chuan)感器正常,再檢(jian)測傳(chuan)(chuan)感器引(yin)線是(shi)否與(yu)CN3連接正常。C36、R16是(shi)否開(kai)、短路。
3、檢測U5第(di)16腳是否(fou)連(lian)接正常。
電磁加熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)裝置后溫(wen)(wen)度不(bu)達(da)標處理方(fang)法,當為注塑機(ji)類似(si)小功率(lv)時(shi),安裝電磁加熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)后有些機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)度總是(shi)差點點。當把功率(lv)換原(yuan)來(lai)還(huan)大(da)(da)后還(huan)是(shi)這樣。有時(shi)總讓(rang)人摸(mo)不(bu)著頭腦,大(da)(da)多數不(bu)是(shi)功率(lv)安裝小的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)的(de),這是(shi)由于(yu)原(yuan)來(lai)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)溫(wen)(wen)控制器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)的(de)PID運算方(fang)法引起的(de),啟動信(xin)號很短,電磁加熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)都還(huan)沒(mei)有來(lai)得及工作,又(you)斷了。所(suo)以(yi)電磁加熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)大(da)(da)多數時(shi)間處理停(ting)止狀態(tai),沒(mei)有加熱。這時(shi)我們可以(yi)調節機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)斷開延時(shi)工作時(shi)間,來(lai)達(da)到溫(wen)(wen)度要(yao)求。注意(yi),不(bu)能(neng)調節太大(da)(da)。否則可能(neng)會超溫(wen)(wen)。
電磁(ci)感應加熱器應用超溫(wen)怎么辦:
1、熱電(dian)偶(ou)接頭兩端可(ke)以并個102P瓷片電(dian)容以消除(chu)高頻干擾。
2、檢(jian)查下(xia)炮筒(tong)接地是否良好?嘗試(shi)炮筒(tong)強制(zhi)接地處(chu)理(li)。
3、可以把線圈遠離下熱電偶,減小干(gan)擾。
4、嘗試下用高溫布把(ba)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)包住(zhu),讓它不要(yao)與(yu)炮筒(tong)接觸(chu)。
5、嘗試(shi)換(huan)條新的熱(re)電(dian)偶。
6、嘗試下注塑機控制電腦中心(xin)加個Pai型(xing)慮波器,減(jian)小電源(yuan)干擾。
