1、熱電偶接(jie)頭兩(liang)端可以并個102P瓷(ci)片電容以消除高(gao)頻(pin)干擾。
2、檢查(cha)下炮筒(tong)接地(di)是(shi)否(fou)良好?嘗試炮筒(tong)強制接地(di)處理。
3、可以把(ba)線(xian)圈遠離下熱電偶,減(jian)小干擾(rao)。

1、出現傳感(gan)(gan)器異常后請先將傳感(gan)(gan)器引線主板上拔下,再用萬(wan)用表(biao)測(ce)量其阻值(zhi)(zhi),常溫25℃時阻值(zhi)(zhi)應約為10K,否則傳感(gan)(gan)器已損壞。
2、如傳感(gan)器正常,再(zai)檢(jian)測傳感(gan)器引線是否(fou)(fou)與CN3連接正常。C36、R16是否(fou)(fou)開、短路(lu)。
3、檢測U5第(di)16腳(jiao)是否連(lian)接正常。
