電(dian)磁加熱(re)器在油(you)(you)田管(guan)(guan)道中的(de)(de)應用(yong):冬季由于野(ye)外氣(qi)溫(wen)較低,在油(you)(you)由管(guan)(guan)道中石油(you)(you)中含蠟量高,管(guan)(guan)件容(rong)易凍堵。傳統的(de)(de)方式是用(yong)火燒,但是用(yong)明火違反了(le)采油(you)(you)區(qu)禁止明火的(de)(de)安全規(gui)定,易發生(sheng)安全事故,電(dian)熱(re)發熱(re)板加熱(re)又破壞了(le)原有(you)的(de)(de)保(bao)溫(wen)層,且(qie)熱(re)量散失大,速(su)度漫,時間長,功耗大。用(yong)錯能電(dian)磁加熱(re)器,機(ji)組磁力可(ke)以(yi)穿過保(bao)溫(wen)層、纖維(wei)布等保(bao)溫(wen)材(cai)料以(yi)感(gan)應的(de)(de)方式快速(su)對管(guan)(guan)道自(zi)身加熱(re)。
使用電磁加(jia)熱(re)器時應(ying)注意的問題:
1、不要將控制(zhi)器(qi)安(an)裝在潮(chao)濕的環(huan)境中,防(fang)止(zhi)水蒸汽進入電(dian)(dian)箱后(hou),易在緣介質(zhi)表面凝結,降低其緣性能,造成漏電(dian)(dian)事故。
2、在(zai)使用(yong)電(dian)磁控制器時,應先按(an)說(shuo)明書(shu)繞好線(xian)圈并檢查無誤后(hou)再接通電(dian)源(yuan)。
3、在使(shi)用過(guo)程中,不要輕易拆(chai)除其接地導線,因為接地措(cuo)施是防止觸電的后(hou)道保(bao)護措(cuo)施。
4、要(yao)經常檢查產品的進(jin)風口及散熱(re)(re)風扇,防(fang)止(zhi)進(jin)風口處(chu)堵塞或散熱(re)(re)風扇卡死,避免因過熱(re)(re)停機保護。
5、要定期(qi)清(qing)理散熱器,保證產品(pin)通(tong)風良(liang)好。
6、在保養清(qing)洗前切斷控制器電源。清(qing)潔(jie)電磁感(gan)應加熱器的(de)外殼(ke)時,應用干凈的(de)抹布(bu)進行(xing)擦(ca)拭,嚴禁用噴射水流(liu)沖洗外殼(ke)及電器箱部分(fen)。
電磁感(gan)應加熱器控制溫度(du)場的分布的原理(li)及(ji)方法(fa)如下:
1、原理:導(dao)體(ti)處于交(jiao)變電流(liu)(liu)中時,交(jiao)變電流(liu)(liu)使(shi)(shi)導(dao)體(ti)周圍產(chan)生(sheng)交(jiao)變磁(ci)場,從而引起集膚效應使(shi)(shi)導(dao)體(ti)在短(duan)時間內迅速被加熱,交(jiao)變電流(liu)(liu)的頻率越(yue)高,集膚效應越(yue)嚴重。

電磁(ci)加熱器(qi)的安(an)裝及調試(shi):電磁(ci)加熱器(qi)的安(an)裝及調試(shi)比較簡單:
1、改造之前,先把(ba)設備接線情況理下(xia),拍照(zhao),做記號(以備恢復原狀)。
2、確定控(kong)制板或(huo)電柜(ju)安裝(zhuang)位置,以(yi)便于(yu)確定高溫線引線長度。定要跟工(gong)廠電工(gong)或(huo)班交流,確認。
3、拆線圈(quan)測量功率(lv), 數(shu)據(ju)要準。 來確定安裝功率(lv)。可(ke)以結合工(gong)(gong)廠電工(gong)(gong),這也要拍照,留原始記錄。
4、量炮筒周長, 確定(ding)(ding)(ding)保(bao)溫(wen)棉尺寸,黃(huang)蠟板(ban)尺寸,黃(huang)蠟板(ban)預留探(tan)頭孔,孔尺寸要準,確定(ding)(ding)(ding)每個(ge)溫(wen)區長度(du),固定(ding)(ding)(ding)。
5、確定高溫線(xian)長度(du),繞制(zhi)(zhi)。 要(yao)求美觀。整齊(qi)。包(bao)括間距大小控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi), 松緊控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。 繞完后測(ce)量(liang)電感量(liang)大小。 注意儀表(biao)量(liang)程。
6、接線。確認以前斷路器電(dian)流表量(liang)程,過小要換掉。先分別測試,測電(dian)壓,電(dian)流是否正常(chang)。有問題(ti)(ti)解(jie)決(jue), 沒問題(ti)(ti)后在整機測試。
7、 整(zheng)理,清理現場。要求利索整(zheng)潔。
電磁感應加熱器(qi)線(xian)圈發熱的問題:
1、如(ru)果將金(jin)屬(shu)物體置(zhi)于磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場(chang)中(zhong),或把它在磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場(chang)中(zhong)切割(ge)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)力線時,其內部(bu)會產生感應電流(liu)。這種感應電流(liu)會使金(jin)屬(shu)塊會很快的(de)(de)發熱。電磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感應加熱器的(de)(de)線圈發熱要看溫度(du)(du)達到多少度(du)(du),在般的(de)(de)情(qing)況下,電磁(ci)(ci)(ci)線圈的(de)(de)正常溫度(du)(du)在70度(du)(du)左右(you),80度(du)(du)以下才是正常的(de)(de),如(ru)果超(chao)過了90度(du)(du),肯定就是有問(wen)題了。
2、電(dian)磁感應加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)線(xian)(xian)圈本(ben)身的(de)問(wen)題(ti):線(xian)(xian)圈的(de)問(wen)題(ti)就涉及的(de)質量(liang)(liang)和選配上(shang)了(le)(le)(le)。(質量(liang)(liang)上(shang)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)就不講解(jie)了(le)(le)(le)),如果是(shi)(shi)(shi)使用高頻(pin)線(xian)(xian),那線(xian)(xian)般問(wen)題(ti)不大(da)。這(zhe)種情(qing)況其實還是(shi)(shi)(shi)主板(ban)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),我們的(de)以(yi)前(qian)的(de)主板(ban)也會有這(zhe)個問(wen)題(ti),因為主板(ban)缺陷(xian),而(er)25平(ping)方(fang)的(de)線(xian)(xian)也比(bi)較(jiao)粗了(le)(le)(le),集(ji)膚效應導致線(xian)(xian)材(cai)發熱(re)(re)也是(shi)(shi)(shi)必(bi)然(ran)的(de),以(yi)前(qian)我們都是(shi)(shi)(shi)用多股漆包高頻(pin)線(xian)(xian)來(lai)(lai)解(jie)決密封電(dian)氣箱(xiang)內,每個器(qi)(qi)件的(de)發熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)的(de),其實使用上(shang)沒什(shen)么(me)區別,就是(shi)(shi)(shi)安裝變(bian)得繁瑣了(le)(le)(le)些,不過現(xian)在公(gong)司的(de)電(dian)蔗感應加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)已(yi)經改善(shan),調整了(le)(le)(le)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)的(de)Q值,并對整個機(ji)(ji)芯做了(le)(le)(le)隔熱(re)(re)、散熱(re)(re)處理,斷(duan)不會出現(xian)單(dan)根25平(ping)方(fang)線(xian)(xian)高溫(wen)現(xian)象,所以(yi)如果大(da)家買了(le)(le)(le)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)發熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)過大(da),又不好退換的(de)話(hua),可以(yi)考慮下用多股線(xian)(xian)來(lai)(lai)代替單(dan)的(de)25平(ping)方(fang)線(xian)(xian),當然(ran)好還是(shi)(shi)(shi)找(zhao)有實力的(de)公(gong)司購買,畢竟(jing)多少是(shi)(shi)(shi)因為設計問(wen)題(ti)而(er)導致的(de)發熱(re)(re)現(xian)象。
電磁式加熱方(fang)式與電阻絲加熱方(fang)式對比(bi):
1、節(jie)(jie)能效果(guo)(guo)(guo)好:相(xiang)比(bi)原電(dian)(dian)阻絲加熱(re)圈節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)效果(guo)(guo)(guo)都在30%以(yi)上,相(xiang)對不(bu)同(tong)的原料、生(sheng)產不(bu)同(tong)的產品(pin),節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)效果(guo)(guo)(guo)有所變化。但在已使用(yong)的產品(pin)中節(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)效率大可達75%。
2、環(huan)保效(xiao)果(guo)好:可顯著(zhu)降低環(huan)境(jing)溫度(du)。
3、使用壽命長:加(jia)熱圈(quan)連續運行溫度只有100℃左右,不存在(zai)加(jia)熱圈(quan)更換問題。相對于電阻絲加(jia)熱減(jian)少(shao)了二次(ci)投(tou)入。
