影響電(dian)磁加熱器(qi)的(de)加熱效率的(de)3個(ge)因素:
1、電磁加熱設(she)備(bei)主機放(fang)置(zhi)的距(ju)離(li)有關:般情(qing)況(kuang)下,廠家都會建議放(fang)在5米以內,這樣(yang)加熱效(xiao)果才會更(geng)好。

電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)裝置后(hou)溫(wen)度(du)不(bu)達標處理(li)方法,當造粒機類似大(da)(da)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)時,安裝電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)后(hou),溫(wen)度(du)總達不(bu)到。電(dian)(dian)磁加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)也直工作,電(dian)(dian)流也正常,但(dan)溫(wen)度(du)總上不(bu)去。般情況(kuang)是功(gong)(gong)率(lv)不(bu)夠大(da)(da)。可(ke)以(yi)加(jia)(jia)大(da)(da)實(shi)際功(gong)(gong)率(lv)來(lai)(lai)實(shi)現。要是確定(ding)實(shi)際功(gong)(gong)率(lv)不(bu)小了,這是由炮(pao)筒(tong)的(de)(de)材料引起的(de)(de),不(bu)同(tong)材質的(de)(de)在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)工作頻(pin)率(lv)時吸收(shou)熱(re)量也不(bu)同(tong)。應該嘗試增加(jia)(jia)諧振電(dian)(dian)容容量,讓Q值增加(jia)(jia),提高線圈高頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)流。可(ke)以(yi)使(shi)炮(pao)筒(tong)內外溫(wen)度(du)均(jun)勻來(lai)(lai)達到提高炮(pao)筒(tong)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)。條(tiao)件允話(hua)的(de)(de)話(hua),可(ke)以(yi)換掉炮(pao)筒(tong)試試。

電磁感應(ying)加熱器線(xian)圈發熱的問題:
1、如果將金(jin)屬物體置于磁(ci)場中,或把它在磁(ci)場中切割磁(ci)力線(xian)(xian)時,其內部(bu)會(hui)產生感應電(dian)流(liu)。這(zhe)種感應電(dian)流(liu)會(hui)使金(jin)屬塊會(hui)很快的(de)發熱(re)(re)。電(dian)磁(ci)感應加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)線(xian)(xian)圈發熱(re)(re)要看溫度(du)達到多少度(du),在般(ban)的(de)情況下,電(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)(xian)圈的(de)正常(chang)溫度(du)在70度(du)左(zuo)右,80度(du)以(yi)下才是正常(chang)的(de),如果超過(guo)了90度(du),肯定就是有問題了。
2、電(dian)磁感應(ying)(ying)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)本身的(de)(de)問(wen)題:線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的(de)(de)問(wen)題就(jiu)涉及的(de)(de)質量(liang)和選配(pei)上了(le)(le)。(質量(liang)上的(de)(de)問(wen)題就(jiu)不講解了(le)(le)),如果是使用(yong)高頻(pin)線(xian)(xian)(xian),那(nei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)般問(wen)題不大。這種情況其實還是主(zhu)板的(de)(de)問(wen)題,我們的(de)(de)以前(qian)的(de)(de)主(zhu)板也(ye)會有這個(ge)問(wen)題,因為主(zhu)板缺陷,而(er)25平方的(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)也(ye)比較粗(cu)了(le)(le),集膚效應(ying)(ying)導致線(xian)(xian)(xian)材發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)也(ye)是必然(ran)的(de)(de),以前(qian)我們都是用(yong)多(duo)(duo)股漆包高頻(pin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)來解決密封電(dian)氣箱內,每個(ge)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)的(de)(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)的(de)(de),其實使用(yong)上沒什么區別,就(jiu)是安裝變得繁(fan)瑣了(le)(le)些,不過現在公司(si)的(de)(de)電(dian)蔗感應(ying)(ying)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)已經(jing)改善,調整(zheng)了(le)(le)機器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)Q值,并(bing)對整(zheng)個(ge)機芯(xin)做了(le)(le)隔熱(re)(re)(re)、散熱(re)(re)(re)處(chu)理,斷不會出現單根25平方線(xian)(xian)(xian)高溫現象,所(suo)以如果大家(jia)買了(le)(le)機器(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)過大,又不好(hao)(hao)退換的(de)(de)話,可以考(kao)慮下用(yong)多(duo)(duo)股線(xian)(xian)(xian)來代替單的(de)(de)25平方線(xian)(xian)(xian),當然(ran)好(hao)(hao)還是找有實力的(de)(de)公司(si)購買,畢竟多(duo)(duo)少(shao)是因為設計問(wen)題而(er)導致的(de)(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)現象。
冬(dong)季如何保養電磁加熱器中的保溫(wen)箱(xiang):
1、電熱(re)管伴熱(re)保溫(wen)(wen)箱,由箱體(ti)、加(jia)熱(re)器、儀表托架等三大部分組成,其結構(gou)形式(shi)與(yu)保護箱相(xiang)同,所不同的是箱內裝(zhuang)有(you)電器加(jia)熱(re)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),起(qi)熱(re)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)是由電熱(re)管,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)器組成,箱體(ti)側面裝(zhuang)有(you)插座(zuo),當接通(tong)電源(yuan)后,箱內加(jia)熱(re)到(dao)所需溫(wen)(wen)度(du)時,再(zai)由溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)器接通(tong)電源(yuan)繼續(xu)升溫(wen)(wen)。通(tong)過反復工作使箱內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)能(neng)保持在定范圍(wei)內。其恒溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)器主要(yao)參(can)數:額定電壓380V,三相(xiang)四線制(zhi)、額定功率50HZ、控(kong)制(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)可(ke)由用戶自(zi)定、恒溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)器也可(ke)做(zuo)成防爆(bao)型。
2、蒸氣管(guan)伴(ban)熱保溫箱(xiang),箱(xiang)體上(shang)下(xia)采用焊接式(shi)穿板接頭與伴(ban)熱管(guan)焊接而成,伴(ban)熱管(guan)安裝在(zai)箱(xiang)內為上(shang)進下(xia)出(chu),通(tong)過(guo)蒸氣在(zai)管(guan)腔內的循環而達到加(jia)熱目的。
