電磁加熱(re)器多(duo)溫區控制就是有兩(liang)種:
第(di)種:是臺電磁(ci)加熱控制器控制多組線圈。

第三種:臺電磁加(jia)熱控(kong)制器(qi)控(kong)制多組線圈比較少用,因為如果主機旦出現故障,整個幾(ji)個溫度都將無法加(jia)熱,影響正(zheng)規生產,而且維(wei)護起來也是比較麻煩(fan)的。
第四種:多個電(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)控制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)分別控制(zhi)(zhi)獨(du)立線圈(quan),這樣(yang)不但(dan)便于管理,而且加熱(re)非常均勻,維護起來(lai)也是十分方(fang)便的。
電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器,是(shi)現今工業域和(he)民用(yong)設備中廣泛(fan)的(de)種(zhong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式,采(cai)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)簡稱為 IH(Induction Heating)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),是(shi)在法拉(la)第感(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)定律的(de)基礎上發展起(qi)來的(de),是(shi)法拉(la)第感(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)定律的(de)種(zhong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)形(xing)式。其本質就(jiu)是(shi)利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)在柱體內產生渦(wo)流來給加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)工件的(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),它是(shi)把電(dian)(dian)能(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換為電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)能(neng),再由電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)能(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換為電(dian)(dian)能(neng),電(dian)(dian)能(neng)在金屬內部轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變為熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng),達到加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)金屬的(de)目的(de),從而杜了明火在加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)危害和(he)干擾(rao),是(shi)種(zhong)環保(bao),提倡的(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方案。
電磁加熱器(qi)過(guo)流,當電流大于(yu)120A時(shi),控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)會(hui)自(zi)動檢測,如果連(lian)續三次檢測均大于(yu)120A時(shi)顯示窗1會(hui)顯示“E2”并(bing)閃(shan)爍,“過(guo)流”指示燈會(hui)閃(shan)爍提示,蜂鳴音每5秒(miao)短響(xiang)2次。解決方法:
1、請確認(ren)線圈(quan)電感(gan)是否偏離正常的設計參(can)數。
2、檢測R30是否變(bian)質(zhi)。
3、可考慮(lv)U5是(shi)否損(sun)壞。
4、這種情況(kuang)通常與線圈參數不合(he)適有很大關系。

電磁加熱器加熱速(su)度慢和以(yi)下幾個點有關:

電磁感應加熱器(qi)不加熱原因主要(yao)有(you)以下三點:
1、線路(lu)故(gu)障,沒電(dian)供(gong)及。
2、元件損壞,查找更換。
3、調(diao)整(zheng)不當,重新調(diao)整(zheng)適(shi)當數據。
