電磁(ci)加熱器多溫區控制就是有(you)兩種:
第種:是臺電磁加熱(re)控制(zhi)器控制(zhi)多組線圈。
第(di)二種:是(shi)臺設(she)備(bei)使(shi)用多個(ge)電磁加(jia)(jia)熱控(kong)制(zhi)器分別控(kong)制(zhi)多個(ge)線圈。現在(zai)例如注(zhu)塑(su)機(ji),拉絲機(ji),吹膜機(ji),擠出機(ji)等機(ji)械設(she)備(bei),料管加(jia)(jia)熱部分都(dou)需要幾個(ge)不同溫(wen)(wen)度(du)才(cai)能滿足生產,這(zhe)時候就要使(shi)用到電磁加(jia)(jia)熱器多溫(wen)(wen)區來控(kong)制(zhi)。
第(di)三種:臺電磁加熱(re)(re)控(kong)制器(qi)控(kong)制多組線圈比較少用,因(yin)為如果主(zhu)機旦出現故障(zhang),整個(ge)幾個(ge)溫度(du)都將無(wu)法加熱(re)(re),影(ying)響(xiang)正規生(sheng)產,而(er)且維(wei)護起來也(ye)是比較麻煩的。
