4、量(liang)炮筒(tong)周長, 確(que)定(ding)(ding)保溫棉尺(chi)寸,黃蠟板尺(chi)寸,黃蠟板預(yu)留(liu)探頭(tou)孔,孔尺(chi)寸要(yao)準,確(que)定(ding)(ding)每(mei)個溫區長度,固(gu)定(ding)(ding)。
5、確定高溫(wen)線長度,繞制(zhi)。 要(yao)求(qiu)美(mei)觀(guan)。整齊(qi)。包括間距(ju)大(da)小控制(zhi), 松(song)緊(jin)控制(zhi)。 繞完后測量(liang)電感量(liang)大(da)小。 注(zhu)意儀表量(liang)程。
6、接線(xian)。確(que)認以前斷路器電流(liu)表量(liang)程,過小要換掉(diao)。先分別測試,測電壓(ya),電流(liu)是否正常。有(you)問(wen)題(ti)解決, 沒(mei)問(wen)題(ti)后(hou)在整機測試。
7、 整(zheng)理,清理現場(chang)。要求利索(suo)整(zheng)潔。
電磁加熱器(qi)過(guo)流,當電流大于120A時,控制(zhi)器(qi)會(hui)自(zi)動檢測(ce),如果連續(xu)三次(ci)檢測(ce)均(jun)大于120A時顯(xian)示窗(chuang)1會(hui)顯(xian)示“E2”并(bing)閃(shan)爍,“過(guo)流”指示燈會(hui)閃(shan)爍提示,蜂鳴音每(mei)5秒短響2次(ci)。解決方法:
1、請確認線(xian)圈電感是否偏(pian)離(li)正常的設計參數。
2、檢(jian)測R30是否變(bian)質。
3、可考慮U5是否損壞。
4、這種情況(kuang)通常與線圈參數(shu)不合適有很(hen)大關(guan)系。
電磁(ci)加(jia)熱器的全橋(qiao)和(he)半橋(qiao)的穩(wen)定性的異同:
、相同:在技術設(she)計處理完善的情況(kuang)下,均可達(da)到較理想的運作(zuo)穩定(ding)性。
