電(dian)磁加熱器用薄(bo)膜電(dian)容的要求和(he)注意(yi)事(shi)項:
1、耐(nai)壓(ya)選(xuan)擇(ze)不當:例如(ru),交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸入端,380V的(de)(de)(de)(de)線電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),EMI電(dian)(dian)(dian)路用的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)(qi),三(san)角形接法,部分工(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)選(xuan)擇(ze)MKP-X2 275V.AC (這(zhe)會導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)容擊(ji)穿(chuan))。例如(ru),LC諧(xie)振(zhen)回(hui)路,很多工(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)以(yi)為半(ban)橋諧(xie)振(zhen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容,耐(nai)壓(ya)只是(shi)直流(liu)(liu)母線537V的(de)(de)(de)(de)半(ban)即可(ke)(實(shi)際(ji)上這(zhe)是(shi)嚴重(zhong)錯誤的(de)(de)(de)(de))。國內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)芯(xin),有使(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)薄膜電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)(qi)耐(nai)壓(ya)等(deng)1200V 1600V 2000V 2500V 3000V 4000V 需要根據(ju)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路來選(xuan)擇(ze)。正確的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式是(shi)用示波器(qi)(qi)加高壓(ya)探頭,實(shi)際(ji)測量下(xia)機(ji)芯(xin)在大功率的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,諧(xie)振(zhen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)波形。

3、接線(xian)方(fang)式不當:在設計電(dian)磁(ci)加熱機芯(xin)的(de)時候,很多(duo)情況(kuang)下需要多(duo)個薄膜電(dian)容器并(bing)(bing)聯使用.并(bing)(bing)聯的(de)好處就是可以(yi)增加過流能力,降(jiang)低溫(wen)升.但是并(bing)(bing)聯電(dian)路,大的(de)問題是過流不均.由于接線(xian)方(fang)式的(de)不當,往往造(zao)成并(bing)(bing)聯的(de)幾只電(dian)容器,某個位置的(de)電(dian)容器溫(wen)度高,容易先壞(huai)掉(diao)。
工業節(jie)能加熱五種(zhong)方法:
1、電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)是(shi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)交變電(dian)場(chang)產生(sheng)交變的(de)(de)磁(ci)場(chang),被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)物體(ti)切割磁(ci)場(chang),產生(sheng)渦流而自(zi)身(shen)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。需要電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器、電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)線圈和被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)物體(ti)組成個完整的(de)(de)感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)系統。雖然是(shi)新(xin)興工業加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式,但(dan)經過這(zhe)些年電(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器生(sheng)產廠家的(de)(de)努力,電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)發展快速。在塑料行(xing)業、食口行(xing)業等都得到廣(guang)泛應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)。
2、在電弧加(jia)熱(re)用(yong)于氣(qi)體產生幾千上(shang)萬度(du)的(de)加(jia)熱(re)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。能(neng)加(jia)熱(re)超高溫(wen)度(du),適合(he)實驗域需要超高溫(wen)的(de)加(jia)熱(re)。
3、利用(yong)液(ye)(ye)體的(de)(de)電阻(zu)加(jia)熱。裝液(ye)(ye)體裝在個金(jin)屬(shu)的(de)(de)容器(qi)中,將(jiang)金(jin)屬(shu)的(de)(de)端(duan)進行接地,再火(huo)線放入裝在金(jin)屬(shu)容器(qi)液(ye)(ye)體的(de)(de)適當位置進行加(jia)熱。
4、微波(bo)(bo)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)也是種特定范圍的(de)電(dian)磁波(bo)(bo)。對能吸收微波(bo)(bo)的(de)物(wu)質(zhi)能引起內部分子振(zhen)動(dong),而(er)(er)得動(dong)比(bi)較好(hao)的(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),因為(wei)(wei)金屬會(hui)反射(she)微波(bo)(bo),故微波(bo)(bo)不能加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)金屬。微波(bo)(bo)因為(wei)(wei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻(yun)速度快,清節無污染。在食品行業中得到廣泛應用。因為(wei)(wei)微波(bo)(bo)具(ju)有穿運性,注意不要用微波(bo)(bo)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)那些外部不能加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)而(er)(er)內部能加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)密(mi)封物(wu)體。
5、紅(hong)外(wai)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)線(xian)(xian)屬于電(dian)磁(ci)波的(de)種(zhong),物體振動會產生電(dian)磁(ci)波,其中(zhong)就有紅(hong)外(wai)線(xian)(xian)。紅(hong)外(wai)線(xian)(xian)也是種(zhong)新興(xing)的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式。它(ta)適合加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)容易吸收紅(hong)外(wai)線(xian)(xian)的(de)物體,如(ru)纖維、木材等。不(bu)適合加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)表面光滑而內部緊(jin)密的(de)物體,如(ru)金屬等。紅(hong)外(wai)線(xian)(xian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)也因其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)快(kuai)速節能(neng)性好倍受歡迎。
電(dian)磁式加熱方式與電(dian)阻(zu)絲加熱方式對比(bi):
1、節(jie)能效(xiao)果(guo)好:相比原電(dian)阻(zu)絲加熱圈節(jie)電(dian)效(xiao)果(guo)都在(zai)30%以上,相對不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)原料(liao)、生產不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)產品,節(jie)電(dian)效(xiao)果(guo)有(you)所變化。但在(zai)已使用的(de)(de)產品中節(jie)電(dian)效(xiao)率大可達75%。
2、環(huan)保效果好:可顯著(zhu)降低(di)環(huan)境溫度(du)。
