電磁加熱結構圖:
與井口加熱器(qi)配(pei)套(tao)使(shi)用的(de)電(dian)熱控(kong)制柜(ju)(ju),為柜(ju)(ju)式(shi)防(fang)護(hu)結(jie)構(gou),由優(you)質(zhi)厚鋼板彎制焊(han)接而成。殼體采用靜電(dian)噴(pen)涂(tu)防(fang)腐工藝(yi)處理。柜(ju)(ju)內由漏電(dian)式(shi)空氣開關(guan),交流接觸器(qi)、溫控(kong)儀表、無(wu)功補(bu)償元件(jian)、過(guo)熱保護(hu)繼電(dian)器(qi)等器(qi)件(jian)組成。控(kong)制電(dian)路裝置有主(zhu)令開關(guan),可以(yi)人(ren)工投(tou)入和切除(chu)控(kong)制回路電(dian)源。
井口加熱(re)(re)器根據使用(yong)(yong)場所,配套使用(yong)(yong)的電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)分為:般(ban)防(fang)護型(xing)和防(fang)爆型(xing)兩種(zhong)規格;加熱(re)(re)方(fang)式又分為工頻電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)型(xing)和恒(heng)溫變頻電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)型(xing)兩種(zhong),可(ke)適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)不同的加熱(re)(re)工藝(yi)和使用(yong)(yong)場所。
電磁加熱原理:
1、電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器熱(re)(re)載體由高溫熱(re)(re)纜(lan)纏繞在鐵磁(ci)(ci)性(xing)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)棒芯上,并結(jie)構(gou)套(tao)入護套(tao)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內形成磁(ci)(ci)場閉合回路。由于(yu)鐵磁(ci)(ci)性(xing)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的自(zi)身特性(xing),電(dian)(dian)流通過(guo)高溫電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)回路作用(yong)(yong)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)熱(re)(re)載棒體上,使鐵磁(ci)(ci)性(xing)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)迅速產生強烈的磁(ci)(ci)滯渦流及磁(ci)(ci)阻熱(re)(re)效應,而熱(re)(re)載體釋放的雜散磁(ci)(ci)場經外套(tao)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)屏蔽吸(xi)收并產生圓(yuan)環(huan)內集膚(fu)效應熱(re)(re),用(yong)(yong)來直接加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)石油。而電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器消(xiao)耗(hao)的無功(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)力通過(guo)無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)就地補償后,其功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)因數則達(da)到0.95以上,其所消(xiao)耗(hao)的無功(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)能而直接轉換為(wei)熱(re)(re)能,并用(yong)(yong)來加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)石油介質,因此,其熱(re)(re)效率(lv)(lv)高達(da)98%以上。與(yu)阻性(xing)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器相比,在同等加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)工藝條件下其平均節電(dian)(dian)率(lv)(lv)達(da)10-21%。
2.電磁加熱器表面發熱均勻,且無明火。克服了阻性(xing)加熱器的高溫(工作(zuo)狀態下高達400℃以(yi)上)的缺陷,并具有安全防(fang)爆使用(yong)壽(shou)命長(是阻性(xing)加熱器的數倍)等特點。
原(yuan)理(li):利用(yong)(yong)磁(ci)場感應(ying)渦(wo)流(liu)(liu)加熱(re)原(yuan)理(li)。 電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加熱(re)器(qi)是種利用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感應(ying)原(yuan)理(li)將(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)能轉換為(wei)熱(re)能的(de)(de)裝置。電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)控制器(qi)將(jiang)(jiang)220V,50/60Hz的(de)(de)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)整流(liu)(liu)變成直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian),再(zai)將(jiang)(jiang)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)轉換成頻(pin)率(lv)為(wei)20-40KHz的(de)(de)高頻(pin)高壓電(dian)(dian),高速(su)變化的(de)(de)高頻(pin)高壓電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)過線圈會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)高速(su)變化的(de)(de)交(jiao)(jiao)變磁(ci)場,當(dang)磁(ci)場內的(de)(de)磁(ci)力線通過導磁(ci)性金(jin)屬(shu)材(cai)料(liao)時會(hui)在(zai)金(jin)屬(shu)體內產(chan)生(sheng)無數的(de)(de)小(xiao)渦(wo)流(liu)(liu),使金(jin)屬(shu)材(cai)料(liao)本身自行高速(su)發熱(re),從而達到加熱(re)金(jin)屬(shu)材(cai)料(liao)料(liao)筒內的(de)(de)東西(xi)。
安裝要點:
1電磁加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)主機(ji)安(an)(an)裝:將(jiang)集(ji)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)線斷開,分(fen)別經進(jin)(jin)、出油(you)(you)(you)截(jie)門(men)與井(jing)(jing)(jing)口(kou)(kou)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)進(jin)(jin)、出油(you)(you)(you)口(kou)(kou)法蘭相(xiang)連(lian)接(jie),將(jiang)其(qi)串連(lian)在(zai)(zai)集(ji)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)線中(zhong)。在(zai)(zai)井(jing)(jing)(jing)口(kou)(kou)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)進(jin)(jin)油(you)(you)(you)口(kou)(kou)截(jie)門(men)前端(duan)的(de)進(jin)(jin)、出油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)線上,再連(lian)接(jie)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)截(jie)門(men)以備洗井(jing)(jing)(jing)、掃線和加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)停(ting)用(yong)時(shi),由旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)管(guan)線直接(jie)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you). 2井(jing)(jing)(jing)口(kou)(kou)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)為(wei)水(shui)平安(an)(an)裝使用(yong)。用(yong)金屬(shu)托(tuo)架將(jiang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)棒體緊(jin)固,架設(she)在(zai)(zai)距(ju)地(di)面高度約0.5m處(chu),為(wei)了防(fang)止(zhi)因修井(jing)(jing)(jing)施工作業(ye)對(dui)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)影響井(jing)(jing)(jing)口(kou)(kou)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)距(ju)井(jing)(jing)(jing)口(kou)(kou)采油(you)(you)(you)樹5m以外安(an)(an)裝。 3控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)用(yong)螺釘緊(jin)固在(zai)(zai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)預(yu)制(zhi)支架上,并連(lian)接(jie)好接(jie)地(di)線,接(jie)地(di)或接(jie)零導線截(jie)面不低于銅芯6mm,其(qi)接(jie)地(di)電阻值不大于4Ω。 4將(jiang)柜(ju)內(nei)隨機(ji)所(suo)配(pei)帶的(de)溫控(kong)(kong)儀傳感器(qi)探(tan)頭,擰入(ru)出油(you)(you)(you)口(kou)(kou)法蘭下側的(de)傳感器(qi)安(an)(an)裝孔(kong)內(nei),其(qi)連(lian)接(jie)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)導線經柜(ju)底進(jin)(jin)線孔(kong)連(lian)接(jie)緊(jin)固在(zai)(zai)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)線端(duan)子排的(de)對(dui)應(ying)的(de)兩個端(duan)線處(chu)。 5井(jing)(jing)(jing)口(kou)(kou)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)及控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)的(de)安(an)(an)裝要與防(fang)爆(bao)環(huan)境相(xiang)符(fu)合,其(qi)接(jie)線符(fu)合相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)防(fang)爆(bao)等要求。采用(yong)般型控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)配(pei)套使用(yong)在(zai)(zai)油(you)(you)(you)氣濃(nong)度較高的(de)場所(suo)時(shi),應(ying)將(jiang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)安(an)(an)裝在(zai)(zai)隔(ge)離的(de)配(pei)電間內(nei)。加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)配(pei)用(yong)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)電導線及控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)線纜(lan)應(ying)符(fu)合防(fang)爆(bao)工藝要求。
