電磁加(jia)熱器注意(yi)事項(xiang):
1、主(zhu)機要定(ding)期除塵,般1個(ge)月除次,可用軟毛刷(shua)或(huo)高(gao)壓氣槍除塵,以保(bao)證(zheng)儀器內部(bu)良好的通風環境。
2、如使(shi)用環境是(shi)帶有腐蝕性氣體的地方須噴上緣清漆(qi)。或者用其它的緣防腐材料。
3、空氣溫度不能高于(yu)50℃。
4、電感量(liang)只是應用(yong)的其中(zhong)個參數而已,具(ju)體要(yao)實(shi)測工作頻率(lv)(lv)和電流,通過(guo)增減(jian)線圈匝數來匹(pi)配功率(lv)(lv)。
電磁加熱器經常(chang)燒壞的幾個(ge)原因:

磁加熱器(qi)安(an)裝的要求(qiu)有什么?
1、電(dian)磁加熱器(qi)要安裝在不進水或水霧、不潮(chao)濕、干凈的工作環境。
2、電磁加熱(re)器如果安裝在電柜中,定要做好通風,保證設(she)備散熱(re)良(liang)好。
3、電磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱器的風扇(shan)和進風口很(hen)容易堆積灰塵,平常需要檢(jian)查(cha)和清理灰塵,以防風扇(shan)燒(shao)壞或者(zhe)進風口處堵塞,防止加(jia)(jia)熱器過熱導致(zhi)機器故(gu)障。
4、對于功率大的(de)電磁(ci)加熱器,380V接線(xian)應(ying)按(an)4~6A/mm2安(an)(an)裝(zhuang),零線(xian)接大于1mm2就可以(yi)。對于220V電磁(ci)加熱器,火線(xian)和零線(xian)同時應(ying)按(an)4~6A/mm2安(an)(an)裝(zhuang),以(yi)保證使用(yong)安(an)(an)全。

另種(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)動方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)硬啟(qi)(qi)動方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)將+號信線固定(ding)。但這種(zhong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)不能靈活控制(zhi)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)熱器。相對比于硬啟(qi)(qi)動方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)來說,軟啟(qi)(qi)動方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)更具有優勢(shi),軟啟(qi)(qi)動電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)熱器因使(shi)用(yong)方(fang)(fang)便,利于控制(zhi),所以大多數都(dou)是(shi)(shi)使(shi)用(yong)軟啟(qi)(qi)動來控制(zhi)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)加(jia)熱器的。
使用電磁加熱(re)器時這(zhe)幾點不可忽視:
1、電磁加熱器主機的安(an)頓環境不(bu)能在-20℃以下,高也(ye)不(bu)能超過50℃,且要(yao)枯燥、通風。
2、接入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源前:清(qing)楚電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器作業需要(yao)的(de)總(zong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量和供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)變壓器的(de)總(zong)容量,不能(neng)超過(guo)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)總(zong)容量,也盡可能(neng)不要(yao)去(qu)糟蹋。別的(de)要(yao)辨(bian)明單相220v、三(san)相380v電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,不能(neng)接錯。終要(yao)留(liu)意的(de)就(jiu)是,當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓在規則電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓規模的(de)上下10%起浮時(shi),制(zhi)止運用大功率(lv)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁加熱設備。

電磁(ci)加熱器(qi)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)短路(lu)(lu),本(ben)控制器(qi)具有線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)短路(lu)(lu)檢(jian)測功能,通過(guo)對IGBT模(mo)塊UCE飽合壓降(jiang)檢(jian)測來(lai)保(bao)護因線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)短路(lu)(lu)引起的IGBT損壞(huai)。本(ben)控制器(qi)連續三次(ci)檢(jian)測UCE超過(guo)設定值,則會關閉輸(shu)出。顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)窗1會顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)“E4”并閃爍,“短路(lu)(lu)”指示(shi)燈會閃爍提示(shi),蜂鳴音每5秒(miao)短響4次(ci)。解決方(fang)法:
1、檢(jian)查(cha)線圈(quan)是是否(fou)有漏(lou)電(dian)、短(duan)路或電(dian)感(gan)量(liang)太小(xiao)。
2、檢測主板與IGBT連線是否開路。
3、檢測D10、D11、D12、D13、ZD1、ZD2、ZD3、ZD4、R29、R26、R27、R28等元件是否開路(lu)或變。
4、檢(jian)測光耦U1、U2、U3、U4是否(fou)損壞。
5、檢測(ce)U5第19腳是否為高電平(ping),否則U5已損(sun)壞。
